  • I wonder what it feels like flying in that cloudwich(sandwich) at 3:18...BTW I cloud surf today in a 172(Cessna)!

  • @Physicspilot As far as I know, you can't go above 3,000 ft. (right below cloud level) in a cessna without special clearance. I still enjoy getting as close as I can to the clouds.

  • @Starpilot149 I was with my instructor :P

  • @Starpilot149 That's bull. There is no such altitude restriction in any Cessna. Though if you don't have a IR you must remain VFR.

  • @gt5004life Maybe I'm just thinking about class C airspace in my city. Sorry, didn't mean to offend :D

  • @Physicspilot I suppose it feels like one thousand orgasms..in the same time!! That means you could die of too much pleasure, haha!! Anyway, seriously now, I know the feeling, it's cool you get to pilot even small plane like Cessna..:))Don't ever give up flying!

  • A bird at 2:45 ? 39000 feet? Holy shit

  • @Flyglobespan93 Just dirt on the windscreen.

  • one of my favorite U2 songs.

  • What's with the random South African 737?

  • Just watch those CBs ( Cumulonimbus clouds) They could make for some rough surfing.

  • supa kool

  • Competently maintained and expertly piloted, this plane *should* be able to pull off a full roll, right?

  • Do these planes have TCAS?

  • The Wright brothers would sh!t their knickerbockers.

  • The best 742 video on YouTube!

  • 1:59 my favourite clouds when flying <3

  • Man, this video really does capture the essence and fun of flight :) very nice video guys.

  • 2.45 anyone else notice the "ufo" fly past the right side of the cockpit??

  • @ebutuoymai Good spotting but it looks like a bug inside the cockpit - it does quite a zig-zag after the initial fly-by.

  • @ebutuoymai when i first saw that i though it was a ufo or super birds lol, but it's the glass, it's scratched.

  • hmm why everytime the aircraft enter the cloud it will be shaky

  • @cst1908 Clouds are created by air that's moving up. As the air moves up the moisture content in that piece of air will stay the same, however the temperatures drops as you move higher and the air will have less capacity to hold the mosture. Therefor it condensates and creates a cloud. So ussualy if you see clouds that that (pillar like clouds (cumulus /cumulonimbus) it's air that's moving upwards and next to that is ussualy air moving downwards. So you get a shake

  • I cannot imagine the freedom you enjoy. Thanks for the ride.

  • hi man :), im just wondering and u as a pilot could have a answer for, Why does some aircraft have this extremly long contrails after them and that sticks in the air for hours apon hours, it makes this mist in the atmosphere and hides the butiful clear blue skyes.

    Take care //Alex

  • @ButteKha they are made of water that condensates due to the high temperature of the engines exauhst gases.

  • @ButteKha I'm not a pilot but I can answer your question. The air at airliner cruise altitudes is very, very cold (-69F, or -56C) and moisture in exhaust (which is a byproduct of combustion) condenses and freezes, leaving the condensation trail. Sometimes the trails linger for hours if the air is still enough and/or has enough humidity saturation. If the air is moving or it's too dry, the contrails dissipate quicker. That's the simple explanation.

  • HEYEY !!! you are not in flight simulator !! lol

  • thats stunning.

  • I've never seen flying like this in all my years. What a visual extravaganza.

  • Living the dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I want to have your babies. Mind you my wife might ask some questions. 8-)

  • @waveblaster200 Yeah we didn't often get the chance to play in the clouds, but every now and then the cheesy grin was unleashed. The weaving was done down in Zambia all non-radar. Glad you enjoyed the video!
