  • its me again i jus wanna say it seems to good to be true when i see your pics cuz i see everyone elses and tehy jus look smaller or thinner and not as buff as you i got the program but im still deciding whether i should do it or not

  • what's the hurt in trying it? I've been doing it for awhile now and the program is designed to burn the fat and build muscle. 90 days may not get you as ripped as you need so doing it for 120 or 180 like this guy will get you crazy jacked! the results are real. Try it for yourself. You have to stick with it tho and just keep hittin play. Show up everyday and do work! You can do it man, it's a personal commitment that you have to stick with no matter what! I believe in you haha good luck

  • Awesome! I am on Day 97, going for the 180 myself. Lost 25 pounds on the first round, got my pull-ups from 1 to 20! Feel awesome, but I HATE HATE HATE the P90X+ DVDs, they are so weak compared to the original P90X CLASSIC routine. Should I just stick with the P90X DVDs, or did you find a good way to mix them up?

  • well the classic is just an order that you do the dvds, you can do classic, lean or doubles, you can do any order that you want. THanks for watching man!!!

  • I know what you mean as far as reasons, I have friends who were thinking the same thing and now they do Yoga... Yoga is only bad if you clear your mind, but if you use it for what it is actually meant for which is to calm yourself and relax then it works wonders... no one says that Yoga is bad or evil, if you THINK POSITIVE while doing it you are fine.

  • Actually I just stuck with the regular X, I am not doing the plus until I hit a year mark, which will be in like 40 days

  • Damn man you have come a lone way. But I think I can look as good as you after I get through 270 days of P90X. I am not doing this for a little bit or just to try it out. I am making P90x a new way of life for myself. How old are you by the way? I am 19.

  • I am actually 31, lol I know I look young but yeah I am. yeah man if you go all out you won't have to wait until 270 days you will get it done the same way I did.

  • Ony if you commit to it, if you go at it half hearted you will not get the results. Just remember don't get frustrated and want to see results tomorrow. Keep going every day and don't miss anydays!!! most important eat the right things, you have that nutrition guide for a reason, use it and you will be amazed at your results.

  • I saw p90x on tv late one night when i couldn't sleep and it looked liked it worked but I didn't know, but after seeing your videos and how well it worked for you i'm going to order it. Almost everything on tv is questionable but seeing an actual everday person like me get through the program is really inspiring. Thank You!

  • Thanks, I think the trick is to look at it as something that you HAVE to do, not something that you WANT to do. Like I look at it as everyday I HAVE to eat right and workout, I don't do it cause I WANT to. hope that helps.

    I was just wondering which routine you did (classic, doubles, lean)? Even for second and third time around.

  • thanks!!! well I just do the Classic version, even with the rounds that I am doing now, I am not trying to rush my results, even though I know I still have a way to go. as far as for supplements, I didnt use any, I just used some protein shakes and a one a day multivitamin. keep me posted on your results!!!

  • Awesome, the classic version is what I started as well (although I think the classic and doubles are the same initially anyway). I will definately let you know my results, I think I am going to do one of these youtube blogs with pics and stuff to post the results, its such a great way to do it!

  • nope, no doubles for me, I have to be honest, I am happy with progress at a slow rate, I am not trying to rush it. I just do the classic version and just do my workouts around 6 pm, and if you are trying to gain muscle you can run too much so beware, lol.

  • For round 2 I have modified for 5 days a week subbing Kenpo on Thursdays for Yoga and resting on Sat. & Sun. Also, including ab ripper x into recovery weeks. I also run about 50 miles a month (2.5 miles/day Mon.-Fri.) Keep up the good work...

  • no,you have to stay with the pullups

    believe me I had trouble just doing one at first, give it time,you have to be patient,and no it is not ok to replace your pullups with push ups,they work out two different muscle groups.I know it is hard but just stick with it,this is not an over night thing or over a year thing,I mean hey you may only gbe able to get 4 pull ups at the end of your 90 days but that means that is 4 more than you could do when you started,or more than your friends,lol

    i am on my 1 month of p90x already

    and yeah i feel the changes and everytyhing

    but theres sometimes that i cant use a pull up bar

    wich is the best way to replace it

    besides the bands

    i try to do push ups its that okay?

  • Yeah I have thought about it, but I have been helping my fiance out and she has been doing the X, so it depends on what she wants to do for the next round. If she does something else then I may bump it up the the PLUS

  • 180! Awesome work, your results make me want to keep pushing play! Is ab ripper x tough at all now? I've gotten much better since starting almost a month ago, but at day 180...you must be showing them up!

  • You know it is funny because I don't take a break with the team on Ab Ripper X, lol what I do now is try to beat them. So as soon as the DVD starts I just do all of the reps in order without a break and see how much time is left on the DVD when I am done, but I make sure that my form is correct, no sense in rushing and not getting a good workout. Now I have to admit though, I am in pain when I am done, lol

  • That's a good idea. How many Mason Twists are you doing? You should take a break with that left over time, then do the mason twists again with them. :P
