Yes, it's the Storm, and I really doubt that the other team in Stockton, seeing as Tasker never played for Toledo when Stockton became a team in the ECHL. Pretty sure the white jersey is the Richmond Renegades.

The red isn't the Hurricanes. Its ECHL hockey...Toledo Storm,who are now called Toledo Walleye, and the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies which are now the Stockton Thunder.
