Okay so lemme get this straight: at 0:54 it's Satoko, Rika, Rena, and Mion. Then at 0:56 it's Satoko, Rika, Satoshi, Keiichi, Rena, and Mion. And then about a half a second later, it's Satoko, Shion, Rika, Satoshi, Keiichi, Rena, Mion, and I don't know who that is in the right corner. So, at 0:57 it's Hanyuu, Shion, Satoko, Satoshi, Rika, Keiichi, Rena, I don't know who that is above them, Mion, and then that other girl I don't know.

... So who are those two people...?

I think they made it say "Higu Naku" on purpose, because Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is pretty long and "Higu Naku" fits better. It's actually pretty common for the titles of anime to be shortened like that, especially if it's a longer title. For example, Hagane no Renkinjutsushi (Fullmetal Alchemist) is also known as Hagaren and Fruits Basket is known as Furuba.
