Ok u get tyrouge by breeding either hitmonlee hitmonchan and hitmontop after defeating the fight dojo in saffron, Sneasle you can only get him in Leafgreen you can catch him at Icefall cave 1st floor or the Basement 1, Tyranitar u can get him in both versions at the seavault canyon but you get Larvitar there
