Kneading dough in Kitchen Aid mixer and windowpane test

Thank you. This is just what I was looking for. I just received a KA Artisan as a present and as I usually make a no-knead sourdough had no idea what a yeast bread would look like, nor how long it might take to get to the "kneaded enough" point.
