if you say you are going to give 110% you are saying that you are going to give the best you can give at the moment plus another ten percent of improvement, so it isn't that foolish but spending 2 and a half miniutes saying that something that is not foolish is foolish is a bit foolish. But then again I suppose i'm a bit stupid for wasting all this time explaining this to you.

WOW, I like all of your videos, Your correct about 100% being max possiable, even that is unrealistic, under normal human conditions of work and life, a 8hr work day is only 33% of a persons day to start with. Good job kid! 5*****

Maybe they are working in that extra 10% with addition... they are going to work 100% harder and then steal 10% of someone else's hard work and make it their hard work adding to it making it 110% OR maybe they are only going to work 50% harder and steal 60% of other people's work...that's it. Im sure.
