HE IS ON TOP OF THEM ALL. DAMN YOU GOT ALL THE CLUB HITS.I BET YOU EVEN GOT THIS OLD AFRICAN CLUB SONG IT CAME OUT IN 88.I CAN'T THINK OF THE NAME OF IT
28th Street Crew was actually produced by C&C (Cole&Clivelles) Music Factory.
I know this for a fact, because I have their album, and it includes "Inch By Inch", "Party on the Dancefloor", "I Need a Rythm", amoeng other decent tracks .
I know exactly the toon you are speaking of... it's in one of my mix tapes done by an unknown DJ other than myself. If I knew him, I could ask. If I had to bet my life on it, I'd guess "Changes" by Lonnie Gordon or Patrice, or something close to that. I know it's not Martha Wash. & def not Cyndi Lauper..lol
Here's a couple lines i remember; "my friends always say why do i act this way, my moves are never the same".
Another line is; "i will never know what i ?, things keep changing all the time", then chorus, somefink like "keep on it" (repetitively, female vocalist)
I have an MP3 of about 3 mins of a track (recorded from an old tape) that Im desperate to know the name of, can i email anyone here the MP3? Its a great house track from 1989..
cannot get enough of this old school house...God, how I wish I was back in those days...no responsibilities and everything was about dancing and lllloooong nights/weekends :D
well its an easy mistake to make thinking this was maurice this is acid because if you listen 45 seconds theres a voice that says this is acid. it werent like i asked if this was billie jean!!
Man...Raven Maize-forever together...i've been trying to find out what that song was for a long time, cuz it's in a couple of house tapes and vinyl megamixes i have..Thanx for posting...
'Strings of Life' stood the test of time without a doubt... love the bass on Come on Get My Lovin' - - great track that one for big room vocal House Music... lovely

ATTENTION DJ's & OL' SKOOL HOUSEHEADS!!!
Maybe ya can help me with ya music knowledge?!
I heard this tune years ago, heard on old pirate stations a few times, not for years.
I can only remember a few lines.
It's a proper old school garage tune, in the days of Robin S, early 90's, very soulful & great beat/ bass.
