all you need is get to under ground that will not collapsed, and make sure you don't pick the wrong spot being hit by meteor. Sound wave is simple thing like loud music which is ezy get away form it, but not the echos. Echos effect places you are (like a vibration as the blast wave or shock wave). All I can say is just use the simple safety, not a complex safety. ( didn't mean the guy in the bomb shelter, I mean surviving form the blast )
