how often and how long do you practice?

i found myself giving up juggling a year ago from a lot of stress from school and some bad friends but i started again and find that it relaxes me along with getting a good workout doing it.

Vova practices for 2-3 hours a day and tries to do it everyday.

i would say i get about an hour or two of practice/ fun in a day. i really only get to juggle when i get free time. so whenever i am not in class at school i try to and after my track practice i try to spend some time juggling. i would like to get a trainer of some sort and get better i am not the best but we all have to start somewhere right?

Well, for passing he needs 12. And in my opinion he needs 7 clubs for solo practice and at least 7 new clubs for solo performances. Plus some of those clubs on the picture are broken.
