This happened to me two days ago only with service being done to my truck. I had a 9:00 A.M. appointment for an oil change and new radio to be installed. I was there THREE HOURS before they got to me at NOON, non-appointees were in and out before me, and they DIDN'T have the radio. I had to go back the next day only to find out the CD's inside cannot be returned until the manufacturer rebuilds the old radio! I quoted the "TAKE THE RESERVATION" line! People knew what I was doing!

At it`s best, Sienfeld was a really smart, funny show. Here in the UK, the BBC in it`s infinite wisdom messed about with it`s time slot, that it never got the viewing figures it deserved! This classic scene, defines the show perfectly.
