If you watch Fox new you would have seen the man that was beaten and gotten the facts of the story. He was passing out buttons and a man hit him in the face , when he fell to the ground 3 others(seiu reps) started calling names and kicking him. He is a black man and so were 2 who hit and kicked him.

Point 1 - I never trust Fox to provide facts on any issue. I do watch sometimes to get analyses from the right side of the spectrum.
Point 2 - There is very little evidence to corroborate Gladney's story. He supposedly did get treated at a hospital, but the SEIU guys look pretty beat up as well.
