The terrible decision to gave Western Ferries a monopoly on vehicle transit across to Dunoon , oops , sorry , Hunters Quay , will be one of the most unpopular decisions out , PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE IT. The Calmac (Argyll Ferries) passenger service will try it's best no doubt about that , but it is no substitute for the real thing town centre to town centre.

i have been on that ferry many times it is a much more pleasant journey when it is leaving that rat infested shit hole of a town

Thank you so very much for posting this. I just wish I was on the CalMac ferry returning to Dunoon. My father was from Dunoon and I hope I can get back there before I die.
