  • im soo glad i cant eat pork

  • Not necessary to torture animals!

  • Isn't there another way? Can't we just find another way? God... I get sick to my stomach every time i watch one of these videos... it's horrific and so evil

  • This has to stop. It just has to.

  • If you're considering going vegetarian/vegan, don't stop here. Do some research. There are many people who will try to talk you out of it. The best thing you can do is to learn all you can about how the diet will benefit you, your environment, and the animals.

To start, I suggest watching Gary Yourofsky's lecture at GA Tech. (Just search his name on YouTube.)

I also recommend looking up ChooseVeg(dot)com.

Lastly, read Jonathan Safran Foer's book "Eating Animals".

Let's be the change, fellas. (:

  • WTF...There are drugs for these procedures but lets face it, they cost money. So obviously unscrupulous farms with no thought or care for their animals are not going to spend money to save a piglet from pain. Intentional cruelty is abuse, they need the same protection as other animals. Get CCTV installed, don't tell them when any inspection will be done, defeats the object if their given notice to clean & get rid of sick animals. Close down farms that abuse. Don't stop whistle-blowers videos

  • What can one even say here?

    Go vegan.

  • Our meat, dairy, and eggs come from a 21st century holocaust.

    This needs to end.

  • Since this a mercy for animals video I have to say that not all meat places are like this, when butchering my meat chickens we hung them upside down (which chickens don't mind at all, it's the best way to carry them, I have laying hens) and cut their heads of very quickly, a quick and painless death, and while they were growing they were kept in a pen where they could see the sunshine and were treated well!

  • @JaneAndDracoAndTheo said: "when butchering my meat chickens we hung them upside down (which chickens don't mind at all," ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Chickens 'don't mind' that they are hung upside down and smelling the blood and hearing the squawking of the other chickens as they fight frantically for their lives??Get real. Any slaughter of an animal is horrific, cruel and violent. Humans do not need to eat animal corpses. A vegan diet is healthier, gentler to the environment and kind to animals.

  • @JaneAndDracoAndTheo

    VeganLight is right.

Egg consumption can be obtained humanely, but meat cannot.

MOST meat in the world comes from places that treat animals like this. This overpopulated world can't all get their meat from the way you get yours. Meat is cruel and dairy is not necessary in the human diet. Eggs are the only animal product that can be an exception.
