Firstly, its ironic how a hindi movie in 1970 was in black and white and secondly how did they get children to act as monkeys in a club? weren't children not allowed in clubs? unless they were midget

@nzmarycontrary This is a 40 year old movie, so do not worry about why kids were in clubs at that time. Just enjoy the video. Do not get all too concerned about the well being of children in 3rd world India. We know how much "real" concerns liberals in the West really have...

@nzmarycontrary Sorry for butting in. But I did love the controversy that your comment created. Only goes on to show how ideas of what is correct have changed since 1970. At that time this song was suppposed to be a major comment on the controversies surrounding the teachings of Gandhi. 1969 was the Mahatma's centenary. No one even noticed the kids in the visuals! It was the debate in the song that attracted attention.
