I Was at the Arrowhead Summer Jam in 76, great show !! and the Pawhuska Okla show was Sunday July 1, 1979 which was called the Utopia Mountain Festival, well unless they held others before this one, but Mahogany Rush and the Guess Who also played. but they played Oklahoma quite a bit in the 70's, always a great time...
I saw this band in Pawhuska .Ok. in like 1977 or 1978 playing in a field was fantastic!...I still have all there albums...and if you were there we were the people with the kegs right in front of the stage! love for all!!
Always loved this song from Flat as a Pancake. Very driving, moving song, and tight musicianship too. Great vocals and mini moog solo as well. Thanks for posting!
I hate it when this band is refered to as a one hit wonder. There was a hit on every album they produced. Flat As A Pancake is stellar throughout. Every song was worthy of radio play.
Saw these guys open for Sammy Hagar and headliner UFO back in the late 70's, great concert!
seen them the first time at pitt state homecomming back in 76 but more recently at the horney toad lounge at lack of the ozarks even though Roger Boyd is the only original, they are still one of the best rock bads ever
Anyone...post Jefftown Creek??
