aww man i hate the feeling. Is it bad or it like one of those like when you frist get into an elevator. Or is it one of those like getting on a roller coaster.
Well I work with Longrangers all the time and I do training in an R-22.. everytime I pull up that collective and shove the cyclic forward I do get a good feeling! :-) If you don't get any satisfaction from flying.. why waste £10,000+ training for something you don't get enjoyment from?
I've been up in one of these awesome helicopters! I can tell everyone who has posted comments here one thing right now: acceleration on the engine is awesome! Cruise speed in the one I went up in was approximately 90 knots.
The Bell JetRanger I went up in has a Allison Rolls Royce C20B Jet Engine (hence the name JetRanger!). Here is full specs for the abovementioned helicopter!
Quite frankly the best sound in the world: the sound of a Bell JetRanger inflight.

That looks like fun! But I'm looking for a video that shows the outside of a helicopter while taking off.
