you can buy it for 4 000 000 DP i think...

Just like whit stealth, also 4 000 000 DP i think.

but i think it's close to impossible to get 4 000 000 DP points in onw walktrough.

@kazzdude1 He had STEALTH ITEM. You get it by completing a game with no alerts.
