@Destivesvin Well, it's supposed to attract kids, but it has a few elements that you wouldn't want your kids to watch. However, since most kids like cussing and violence, they put it in to get their attention. So basically it's for kids to sneak and watch without their parents finding out.

Daymn, this movie was seriously epic. I feel bad for people that talk smack on it that didn't see this as a kid or when it came out. I remember watching this movie over and over when I was a kid. When I have been telling people about Monster Squad recently I could have sworn Feldman was in it, maybe because he was in every other 80's movie. "Boys Your time is almost up.  It's your last chance for pie".
