One of her uncles was a member of the KKK, he thought because I wasn't pure white trash I wasn't good enough for her. And that was the consensus of the rest of her family. And now they hate me because I left her.
That is near incomprehensible! When was this, the 1960's!? I understand that this was far more recent, it just continually surprises me how backward some people still are in this society! The KKK! WTF!? And a whole family of them!? Sounds like my worst nightmare, sounds fucking totally WHACK!
