  • He was dead on about monetary inflation. Screw the CPI. Both the money supply and the price of gold increased around 20% in the following two years he forecasted, and real unemployment is over 10%.

  • @100silverpizza

You're saying that as if it were a crime.

  • If you really want to understand inflation and interest rates etc. (and you're like me, who didn't really understand), google "hmscoop.com". Real quick cut to the chase website about inflation and banking. Takes about 5 minutes to read through, but you'll understand it afterwards.

  • Glenn Beck wont allow Peter Schiff on his show any longer. He does his best to keep any one who sees the whole picture off the FOX network. Glenn even threatens his guests not to go on other shows like Alex Jones. - look it up.

  • There is a great way to fix the world economy; get rid of money. Do it in stages. First take over the Fed give interest free loans for housing. Then transfer to a barter system and then adopt a no money system. See zeitguist movies or google search one fair tax and the Zeitgeist Movement

  • @rexiedexie1 The problem isn't money, it's fractional reserve banking. Going back the the barter system would be very inconvenient and counter productive.

  • Comment removed

  • @rexiedexie1 You need money. Without money there is no calculation of goods and services. Capitalism is barter. Who is going to build all those homes if the dollar will be worth nothing afterwards? The problem isn't money at all, it's the fact that if money isn't worth anything - the whole system doesn't work. And out money is only backed by debt. A note not redeemable for anything. Just debtors 'word' that they'll pay, and faith in a piece of paper.

  • Just amazing he never had Peter on his show when he was running for office ???

  • Glenn Beck said, “I could give a flying crap about the political process.” He told Forbes Lacey Rose, “I'm in entertainment.”

  • Beck is a hateful psycho. Conservatives should consider him an embarrassment.

  • Glenn Beck is a Neoconservative...

NEOCONSERVATISM is a DIRECT offshoot of TROTSKYISM.

Glenn Beck is more of a Communist than any Democrat..

Don't take my word for it..

    LOOK IT UP!!!

  • I have respect for Glenn Beck in the sense that I agree with what he says until he starts to elevate himself to the likes of Jesus, Ghandi, and Martin Luther King Jr.

It is then I lose all respect for him, because all those great men exhibited something Beck lost along the way, humility. Those men let others elevate them into the status of greatness.

Both He and Palin are not the leaders of the Tea Party.

    Allen West 2012

  • I got an idea how about we borrow a few trillion more then fuck em over? What the fuck will they do? Go to war with us?...haha the US would want that.

  • @buckinfitches take it easy boy, chill your panties down

  • @bykashka75 I am chilled the fuck down i just fucking say fuck a lot. It doesn't mean i'm fucking exited mother fucker :)

  • @buckinfitches ha ha ha

  • This video proves that Beck was on this before anybody, Left or Right, wanted to talk about it. Scaring people into voting Republican? This video is from October 2008, when Bush was still president and Beck was the only one sounding the alarm. He may have been biased in favour of the GOP at the time, but he certainly saw a lot of things coming before anyone else. Now if he could get Schiff on his Fox show more than Art Laffer, he'd have something.

  • you know whats annoying? when your trying to hear peter schiff explain whats going on while glen becks feels the need to persistently insert his personality into the conversation and/or when he feels the need to pander to peter schiff and the audience to make it seem like he was predicting all of this stuff to happen in the first place as well, all i hear comming out of glen becks mouth is "PETER I KNEW THIS WAS ALL GOING TO HAPPEN TOO, ME TOO, INCLUDE ME" like some jumping eight year old

  • @dvzqz87 begging for candy from his mommy

  • Comment removed

  • I have never seen so much fear mongering crammed into 10 minutes.

Every word that comes out of their mouth is an attempt to scare people to voting republican. Its awful.

  • @meadowsirl Fear mongering!!! Hardly! It all comes down to which party is the best party to bring us out of this: The Republican Party (with Tea Party attributes) or the Stupid Party who thinks "wow, we have so much serious debt that we might just go into a depression. So. . . . . let's go into more debt to avoid a depression." What a bunch of f---ing retards. And don't tell me anything about Bush's failure. Democrats have been in charge of congress since 2006!!! 4 years!! It's coming.

  • @meadowsirl

Peter Schiff was more critical of the Bush administration's policies then most democrats. He predicted that the Bush administration's policies would cause a housing market bubble and collapse(he was right). I don't know about Glenn Beck, but Peter has always bashed mainstream republicans and democrats.

  • @fieldman07 democrats are just republican lite but at least they have that "lite" prefix.

  • @meadowsirl

Well, you have it backwards. The modern day republican follows mostly leftist ideals. The extreme rightwing doesn't exist anymore.

  • @fieldman07 I'm confused to why you feel that way. There are lots of right wingers that appear pretty extreme to me. Have you ever heard of fox news? They wont be happy until the earth is a molten crater.

  • @meadowsirl

The republicans have moved far to the left over the past 50 years. The idea of going to war to spread freedom through the barrel of a gun was originally a progressive idea. Republicans traditionally avoided wars unless America was attacked first. Even Bush originally was strongly critical of Clinton's bombing of the middle east, before he did a 180 on his foreign policy.

  • @fieldman07 with misinformation like that its hard to bother argue with you.

  • @meadowsirl

Look it up on wikipedia if you don't believe me. Neo-conservatives were originally democrats. Many of them were even socialists.

And when I say republicans, i mean the extreme right wingers, and not the leftists. Look up right wingers like Robert Taft or "Mr Republican". Robert Taft opposed the draft, the korean war, membership in Nato, military bases overseas, and he even was against aggressive anti-communist policies.

  • @fieldman07 really tell me more about that you see we here in mexico conservative dont hear much about that so i beg you to tell me more About this

  • @MECHITO1330 The specific form of conservatism i was refering to was libertarian conservatism. Libertarian conservatists advocate a society in which people are generally allowed the maximum amount of freedom. Property rights are law. You have a right to you're property (including your body, air, land, ect) Many of them believe that no federal army is necessary at all except in wartime, and peacetime military forces should be made of civilian militias.

  • Comment removed

  • @meadowsirl: You think every word that comes out of their mouth is an attempt to scare people to voting Republican? Peter Schiff isn't a Republican, he's a Libertarian. He only ran for Senator as a Republican as a strategy since Third Parties get ignored, since Americans would rather vote for the mainstream parties that don't give a shit about them. Peter Schiff often speaks how there is no difference between Republicans and Democrats. Glenn Beck is a fucking douche bag, I'll give you that!

  • I submit this and other such videos from 2007-08 as evidence for all those people that still think Glenn Beck is only doing this over race, or the fact there's a Democrat in the White House. People today call him a fear monger, and want to shut him up but I never saw the GOP doing that, at least not to this degree. They're both clowns. Forget about them. What's important is that this and other clips establish that Beck has been consistent regardless of who is in office.

  • Statesman Ron Paul is one of the few leading men in the Nation who can lead the U.S. on the Wise & Prudent Path to American Strength.

  • we are just 3 meals away from anarchy.

  • Great video. It's our debt-based monetary system that necessarily leads to personal wealth erosion through inflation. Check out "Why we are in so much debt" on YouTube.

  • these two guys don't even have basic knowledge on economics. how much inflation has occured since 2008 glen? enlighten me. printing money to pay debt. that is nearly impossible. that would be the last thinkg a country would resort to. unfortunately, most of the poor and middle class fall for this crap when they hear this. and he knows it and enjoys it.

  • @fernanpe12 Are you kidding me? Look back at least 3 years ago for Peter Schiff interviews about economics. He was warning of a recession and depression. If you deny that the US is in a recession, then you're quite simply retarded.

  • @ETMR90 Inflation doesn't occur when the economy stagnates or goes into a recession. The economy stagnates usually because many consumers stop spending. And usually many consumers stop spending because they have lost their jobs. Consumer spending accounts for 70% of the entire GDP. If we don't have enough disposable income, we won't have enough power to spur a little inflation or economic growth.

  • @ETMR90 inflation it's not a bad thing as long as it doesn't go over 3 to 4 percent every year. A nation's economy can only grow during small inflationary periods. if inflation is predicted to be less than 3 percent, many economists would agree that we might be heading into a recession. if it surpasses 4 percent, the fed would tipically implement monetary policy(raise interest rates) to control consumer spending.

  • @ETM because when inflation happens too fast, consumers with fixed income(which is virtually all of us) lose purchasing power and would be able to afford less goods with the same amount of money.

  • @fernanpe12 Inlfation is the printing of money which means that it can occur whether or not "the economy stagnates or goes into a recession". Be responsible by knowing your terms before you use them.

  • @cmonpeeps Consumers collectively unknowingly decide inflation. When people start spending more than usual, there would be less than needed products and services produced. What the free market does (played by all industries) is increase prices on all these products and services already available to consumers.

  • @cmonpeeps when did the Federal Reserve use printing money as monetary policy to encourage inflation? Never. And this is because economists on both sides don't have any idea at what rate inflation would occur. They are afraid that it would happen too fast.

  • credit default swap and any other trick by government is a scam

  • If the president could read one book it should be Peter's book: CRASH PROOF 2.0. It describes the economic and monetary disaster we are in and will face with the collapse of the dollar. Be prepared by avoiding the dollar and use gold/gold stocks, foreign stocks for income, to cushion the blow and hopefully prosper until ultimate recovery. Yesterday, the gov. monetized it's own debt. We're buying our own bonds. If China wakes up and drops dollar as reserve currency we will have a major depression.

  • There is one other thing people should know. This man predicted 30% inflation in two years. Nearly two years later, Inflation is 0.1% and deflation is predicted by many. The money supply M3 has shrunk from $14.2 trillion to $13.9 trillion in the first three months of 2010. By the way, M3 was $10.3 trillion in March 2006 before TARP and the stimulus. When will Beck and his people admit that they were wrong?

  • Comment removed

  • In 1930-32, the Hungerkanzler in Germany did "nothing" what with austerity and all of that hoping that the cutbacks would cause a private sector recovery. There was horrible unemployment and deflation as a result. Adolf Hitler's share of the vote increased by several times and this propelled him to power. They have the Depression stuff so backward. Hoover's Treasury Secretary wanted to liquidate everything.

  • It's pronounced "veimar"... Credit does not come from savings, loans make deposits... the borrowing from China is a function of the trade deficit and only the trade surplus and happened during surplus Clintontime... it's Veimar! Haven't seen enough Volkswagen ads? 30% inflation? M3 money down by $300 billion in three months to start the year, highest drop since the Depression... It's easier to pay mortgages with lots of inflation. Not fighting a war? Iraq? Afghanistan?

  • i heard glenn beck raped and murdered a young girl in 1990?

  • Why does this video have advertising all over the bottom of the screen that has nothing to do with the conversation at hand? It seems like Graffiti to me. Please don't post on videos that have this type of marketing. It does not help individuals in our society gain any type of real power. The real power of getting your voice heard is in contacting your elected officials or electing officials who you know will represent you

  • wow, look at the two top rated comments on this glenn beck site. one misspelled "connecticut", and the other used "their" when *there* was the appropriate grammar.

  • @tomitstube Actually my genius friend..."they" would have been appropriate in that sentence or "they're". Although, using "they're" you would have to remove the word "are" from the sentence. "There" are hundreds of grammar books out "there", I suggest you read one.

  • @yetibait01 ~ huh? the correct grammar is "there are talking points..." and you're telling me to read a book? wow, what a bunch of complete idiots.

  • @tomitstube No, you moron. thimmay was saying, "They are talking about things that conspiracy dudes have been pointing out for years."

Its no wonder that your understanding of history is so shallow if your reading comprehension skills are so low. Maybe you should buy a couple hundred history books that have been converted to audio with Big Bird reading them.

  • @yetibait01 ~lol, ok, we'll go with "their are" as "they are". the grammar is such a train wreck it was misleading at a glance. but hey, thanks for the (glenn beck) translation...

and this changes what about the two top rated comments being spelling and grammar train wrecks? all hail glenn beck!

hilarious, i'll bet you're beck buddies have "welcome to america, now speak english", bumper stickers. and what about the 36 people who thumbed up these uneducated hacks? : 0

  • @tomitstube Well, I'm glad you accepted your error. All I did was point out how easy it is to make a mistake while commenting on youtube. People who are commenting usually are very emotionally involved in their comment and its easy to make a stupid mistake. What does it change?...nothing, they are both very good comments. I think you are in love with Glenn Beck...your life seems to be consumed by him, you manage to squeeze him in somehow to every comment you make. I was watching Schiff.

  • @yetibait01 The 36 thumbs up? They were smart enough to look past the little spelling errors and comprehend the comment.

  • @yetibait01 ~ this is surreal, you're thanking me about admitting to an error of misinterpreting someone else's error?

as i've said many times, we all make mistakes, but what's quite telling is how lax the beck folks are to truth and accuracy. that includes 36 thumbs up to incoherent comments that have misspelled words (a fricking state no less) and grammar errors.

    that is my point.

  • @tomitstube So tell me...What did it feel like the moment you realized you weren't as smart as what you thought you were 24 hours ago?

  • @yetibait01 ~ i guess that would be like being as smart as you. so you tell me what it feels like, you live it everyday.

  • Enact martial law, i dare you.

The cure is worse then the disease.

  • so Mr Schiff, what happened to that 20% inflation you predicted. Hell, my mortgage was just adjusted down! How can people watch this chicken little act? It's terrible economics and even worse entertainment.

  • seriously, this guy is saying herbert hoover used the government to fight the depression? nothing has been so fundamentally inaccurate. Hoover said in dec 1930, "economic depression cannot be cured by legislative action or executive pronouncement". Hoover DID NOTHING and the depression got worse. peter schiff is an idiot if he's an economist. and glenn beck? well we're not sure he even knows what day it is.

  • @tomitstube You're wrong...FDR campaigned against Hoovers huge government spending to end the depression....thats how he got elected, people were tired of Hoovers spending and intervention.

Schiff is an idiot? Why are you watching? Sciff saw of this coming and predicted it perfectly.

  • @yetibait01 ~ nah, you AND schiff are complete idiots who are tying to rewrite history. there are literally hundreds of books on the depression, maybe you should try reading one, and stop listening to the uneducated ramblings of the pied piper of stupidity. glenn beck.

  • @tomitstube Go ahead and deny history if you want to.

  • To all of you some how making this a Beck slam fest or making this about his show or even Fox just LISTEN you just heard a glimps of the future in this country, if you dont believe it then you truly are the feeble and ignorant. All it takes is a little REAL thought on what our leaders and i mean leaders in the loosest possible manner are doing to us. Yes i also mean Bush, he was a horrible president and you know what Obama just stepped on the gas he changed nothing but the speed.

  • terrible interview :P at least schiff was getting the exposure

  • BUSH really SCREWED this COUNTRY

  • @dalecampbl7

Bush screwed this country? Try Woodrow Wilson & his Federal Reserve Bank which isn't part of the government. We owe them $2 TRILLION in interest - for NOTHING. Try FDR whose Social Security is bankrupt, & he KNEW at the time that would happen - its a pyramid scheme! Blame Lyndon Johnson who expanded the Vietnam War & simultaneously created Welfare, Medicare, Medicaid, * HUD *,+more. That's over $106 Trillion in unfunded liabilities right there! Its what drove us off the gold std

  • @mredstriumph right...FDR set up a social security system which he foresaw in 80 years would go bankrupt or at around 80years...wow, and I assume you believe he timed it perfect to go bankrupt now (but not to mention the millions SS helped), aren't you an idiot. You trying so hard to look the other way, to look away from all the progress the Progressives had given this country...this GOP party ain't the party of Lincoln, it's become what the Slave owning Democrats were back in the 1860s...

  • @dalecampbl7

Your argument isn't with me, its with non-partisan historian Amity Shlaes' book "The forgotten man" also Edwin E. Witte - FDR's appointed economist & father o'Social Security plan- warned: Soc. Sec. creates **unfunded liabilities** “upon which future generations will have to pay large amounts annually.”

Life expectancy- Afr.American man born during or after 1997: 66 years; Present SS retirement age 67; SS Avg bi-week benefit - $503; Annual compounded interest - IF - paid <1%

  • @dalecampbl7

Of course, as is the continued nature of Democrats, blacks were specifically banned from participation

When it was pointed out - no actual insurance plan ever issued - only UNSUSTAINABLE direct payroll taxes from 1 citizen to another - FDR said: QUOTE:

  • @dalecampbl7 "…those taxes were never a problem of economics. They were politics all the way through. We put those payroll contributions there 2 give contributors a legal, moral, & political right to collect their pensions & benefits. With those taxes in there, no damn politician can ever scrap my Social Security program"

The timeless theme: Our financial future ransomed4Democrat votes.

Roosevelt's plan was modeled after another notable fascist's plan - German retirement system-1930's, btw

  • @dalecampbl7 Re:1860's

"Son, when I appoint a nigger to the court, I want everyone to know he's a n*gger." -- Lyndon B Johnson (defending his appointment o'Thurgood Marshall)

"I'll have those n*ggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years." -- LBJ - Air Force One Ronald Kessler's "Inside The White House"

Granted, Dems now find it more useful (usually) to attack poor whites than poor blacks: /watch?v=9CzGCZmXY3A

But its still Dem Klansmen@the polls; Q? What blacks r lynched/atk'd by Repubs?

  • lol, you can't find info on the "weimar republic"? oh no, lmao, it's another glenn beck conspiracy! serously, these people on fox are so lame and misinformed. the german republic after ww1 was put under severe economic sanctions by their adversaries, primarily us. really beck? the nazi's again? sorry, i could only take about a minute and half of this nonsense.

  • @tomitstube He didnt even mention the nazis. All he mentioned was Germanys spending habits which are the exact same as ours. Germany got screwed over because we demanded they pay for all war reparations. They couldnt afford it. So they monetized their debt. What are we doing differently? We are acting in the same exact way as Germany did. Please come up with legitimate arguments before you start knocking others.

  • @BlackSand219 ~ beck has mentioned nazi's numerous times, thus my mockery of this, his latest buffoonery. these idiots are implying the american economy of today somehow imitates what led to nazi germany. complete nonsense. the weimer republic was not allowed to grow it's economy because the allied forces were afraid of a strong germany. the rise of facism in germany has nothing to do with obama. nothing. it's complete lunacy.

  • nazi germany is the best example of big government we have. But not once has he ever claimed that the holocaust is going to happen here. And according to politicians, thats the only thing Hitler did wrong. All his other policies are sounding pretty good to most politicians. Youll have a tough time finding any of his policies that someone in congress or the executive branch doesnt support (other than the holocaust). If financial collapse happens. Do you think the gov will do nothing? EO 12191

  • @BlackSand219 ~ "and according to politicians, that's the only thing (the holocaust) hitler did wrong." wow, i guess starting ww2 was ok? and murdering 6 million jews and another million "undesirables" was just a blip on hitlers legacy?! yours and becks comparisons of obama to hitler is beyond ridiculous.

  • Do you not understand what the holocaust is?

Again Ill say it. Youll be hard pressed to find one of Hitlers policies that a mainstream politician doesnt support. Martial law, tracking all citizens with numbers (rfid chips), invading countries that have done nothing wrong (how WW2 started), fascist policies. Even Hitler promoted national healthcare. Find one of Hitlers policies, and ill find a president or senator that supports it (again, other than the holocaust...But maybe Robert Byrd)

  • @BlackSand219 ~ ok, you're cooking now aren't you? 1) obama hasn't invaded anyone. that was bush. 2) where has martial law been enacted by obama? 3) "tracking all citizens" has been implemented how? 4) national health care is pretty much universal dude and hardly "nazi". in fact, america is the only wealthy nation to use the useless private system. robert byrd? lol, lame.

  • @tomitstube Ok, are you listening to what im saying yet? Apparently not. I havent even once mentioned Obama. I said any major politician. And I didnt even say that these laws were already here. Only that major politicians believe in them. The RFID chip for example. There is some pretty freaking creepy commercials about that. Bush made an executive order giving him sole authority to implement martial law. Obama hasnt exactly revoked that order, nor has he pulled out of the illegitimate war.

  • @tomitstube

Well right. Obama had nothing to do with the rise of the Nazi party. FDR did. Obama is pursuing the new, bigger, better, "new deal". Free healthcare & 2 years of unemployment for everyone! Hurray!

It's only going to cost us the nationalization of manufacturing, banking, finance, energy, insurance, healthcare, 90% of ALL U.S. mortgages, 100% funding of ALL higher education, a roided out EPA, global taxes, govt bloat,& an expansion o'the patriot act 2 get us there. fascism? No way.

  • @mredstriumph ~ you could be the most misinformed eunuchoid i've had the displeasure of meeting. a bunch of babbling incoherent hysterical nonsense.

of course you do listen to glenn beck. which would prove your inability to formulate cogent thought based in reality and fact. you literally have not stated a single fact in your fear mongering slippery slope laundry list of ignorance.

  • @tomitstube

As little as you think of me Tom, know that I think even less of you. The difference = that I don't want anything from you.

All we (conservatives) want is to be left alone. We want an option not to participate in YOUR schemes - SSec, Welfare, food stamps, WIC,HUD,FHA, HEAP, ACCESS, Section 8, Medicaid, Obamacare, "Stimulus", etc

IF I get my way 100%, the only thing u lose is your "right" to vote property away from others. When u get your way 100%, no1 gets any choice abt anything

  • @tomitstube

We want racism to be defined by an acts or an action, not an ethnicity. (yeah.. we want our day in court). We want the interest on our national debt to be paying for our roads, bridges, & schools, not YOUR Federal Reserve bank.

We want schools of our choice, not ransomed houses & forced patronage to YOUR government unions & tenured political activists. We want picture ID required for voting. Not buses & activists. We want Beck, & u can have Maddow. U want your cake &2eat ours too

  • @mredstriumph ~ i literally can make no sense of your incoherent rant.

maybe you should try one subject at a time.

  • @mredstriumph Save your energy dude, theres no point in arguing with this knucklehead. He has no idea when he should tuck his tail between his legs and scamper off, hes like that knight in Monte Pythons Holy Grail.

Oh, wait....tom did I spell anything wrong or miss a comma or anything?

  • By the way Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is a Part owner of fox who says that "The only thing bad about 9/11 is that it didnt kill more people." and "America is great we give them news that is baised on lies and it becomes the most watched place for news". If you wacht fox you hate America.

  • @thadnokes Source?

  • @BlackSand219 Just look it up you would know if you turned on something besides fox.

  • @thadnokes Dont watch Fox you moron. All I did was ask for a source. Dont jump to conclusions. And the only place I can find your quote (America is great...) is on posts made by....none other than you. Wow. Do you have fun making up quotes?

  • @BlackSand219 just typ Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal and fox news. Also if you want to do real investagation look at the stock holders in foxnews stocks. he has the most shares.

  • @thadnokes

Wow.. a rich guy who invested in a growing stock. That's some scandal you've got there!

"The mind wobbles." - Kelly Bundy 1985

  • @mredstriumph Well go for it. Watch the net work that is payed for by the guy who said he supported 9/11. You antiamerican.

  • we're here. 2 yrs later.

  • Glenn,KILL YOUR KIDS AND YOURSELF

    IMMEDIATELY.

  • @HUMANSAREBENEATHME

Hmm, let's see you're against Glenn, your best argument is "Glenn, KILL YOUR KIDS AND YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY"... hmm, honestly it's not a good one. Perhaps you should not give your opinion on things you do not understand.

  • See how Beck got his start. Yes, He was Clarabell on the Howdy Doody Show.

    Check it out:

    You Tube = /watch?v=Dy5zYRv0yJo

  • This is hilarious. When George Bush was in office, running up record deficits to pay for an unnecessary war and a rich man's tax cut, none of these people said a peep about it. As long as it was going to pay for guns and tax cuts, all was well. But the second anyone suggested that we use it to allow ordinary people to see a doctor, they had a big problem with it.

  • @jgc1077 actualy do your work..peter schiff was a huge critic of bush. second you said NOTHING about the fact the country is about to implode, bombs or free clinics? WTF how about neither one!!!! there will be no heathcare even if everyone wanted it. WE CANT AFFORD IT AT ANY TAX... EVEN IF WE WANTED IT! ive converted my life savings to silver i sugest u do the same!

  • @johnywinslow Haha he's busy "bout to get his bamacare" We'll pay attention to real economics and protect our wealth while every other lunatic sits here and keeps believing in hope in change. I pray Peter wins in November!!

  • Glenn Beck has high placed friends? But he can't name them?

  • Hey Beck and Schiff.....March 2010........Inflation 2.2 per cent. Not 20 per cent as you predicted.

  • @movement26 While inflation may not be 20% right now, I guarantee you the real rate is not 2%. The money velocity equation can be manipulated and is manipulated by the fed. I don't agree with everything Beck says, but when it comes to capitalism, and the track we're on, he gets it pretty damn right. As for Peter, the guy would get his predictions 95% right if the government wasn't manipulating the economy. The stock market is already re-inflated.

  • Glenn Beck is a false prophet.

  • Mitt Romney/Scott Brown 2012

    Duh.

  • WOW, what a tool.

  • Glen Beck is the man...Glen Beck 2012!!!

  • wtf? i hate beck but he did predict the 10% unemployment...

But blaming the middle class for the economic downturn is hilarious. he was talking about things we "didn't need"...like massive houses and multiple luxury vehicles...oh he happened to mean the poor, of course.

  • They can't even pronounce Weimar...

  • ahhh the good old days of beck when his show was good. now at fox news he has no guests and his show is pathetic.

  • DE BUNK THIS.....the Tea Party is coming!!!......CLICK ME.....for the official song for Americans....

  • Gibbs just stated on fox news that the anger they saw last night with the brown win was the same as last year. WRONG, ITs CALLED A TIDAL WAVE OF ANGER THAT WILL SWEEP THE DEMS OUT OF OFFICE, and in 2012 the president will be sending out resumes. ECONOMY, and JOBS first. FORGET health care reform right NOW.

YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE IN WASHINGTON ON WHAT TO DO, You probably don't even know how to tie a shoe. We will ALL get in our trucks and drive to WASHINGTON to MOVE you all out of OFFICE!

  • we have lost Peter Schiff

  • Beck is a classic rich angry greedy republican lol

  • Ah now I understand, Beck is a schill of the NWO. This explains why Beck is a neo con and doesn't support Ron Paul but caters to the Libertarians. The more I see Ron get black balled by the mainstream media.

  • The sole purpose of Fox employing Beck is to influence the coming revolution.

  • my favorite stocks for 2010: canned goods, guns, and ammo.

if you start stocking your attic with those giant costco liquor bottles purchased with today's dollar, you will be the wealthiest man in your neighborhood in 2030.

  • You are useless

  • Hey Conecticut, you have a chance at electing one of the most economically intelligent people to the US Senate. DONT FUCK THIS UP!

  • @Kras3169 ~ lmfao!!! only on a glenn beck video would someone who misspelled "connecticut" get 25 thumbs up! hahahahahaha

  • @tomitstube LOL. If it makes you feel any better, I'm not a Glenn Beck fan in the least. I usually listen to YouTube political videos while I'm at work. When I type fast to avoid getting caught at work, I sometimes mispell words.

Only on political YouTube videos would someone focus on spelling insted of issues that actually matter...boom, roasted!

  • @Kras3169 He wrote "insted" not "instead"...somebody call the spell check police! Oh wait, Officer Jack MeHoff is already here.

  • @Kras3169 ~ uh yeah "roasted". sure thing. if you'll notice, i was making fun of all the pin heads who gave you kudos for your misspelled comment.

the "weimar republic"? really? wow. beck keeps mentioning these "high up" economists. so, he can't mention their names? "i was talking to someone at church the other day". no shit, were you talking to jesus glenn?

  • @Kras3169 Great....they fucked it up :-(

  • @MikeZar Seriously. Linda McMahon REFUSED to participate in debates and spent $22 million of her own money on her campaign, and some how a majority of the idiots registered Republican voted for her. They picked a celebrity over a genius on economics. They just screwed their state and the country. Nice job, Republicans of Connecticut...you just nominated another fucking RINO!

  • @Kras3169

We oughta make a new export. In exchange for chinese products we send them the people of Connecticut. We'll be much better off.

  • @fieldman07

LOL I agree, it would be just like during the mercantilism and colonial period of the 15th-16th century here before we were a country. I am surprised Kras is surprised. It's the same state that gave the country Chris Dodd. If you live in CT and didn't vote for Schiff......FUCK YOU!

  • @Kras3169 Based on the polls, she won't get elected, so what the people have actually done is essentially indirectly voted for the other person running against McMahon. I think when it comes down to it, people want their party to win, or the least bad person with a chance to win. They probably thought McMahon could win the seat over Schiff because of star power and people are so desperate for change they'll take anyone running for the other party. It will backfire this time, I think.

  • @surfer53 It's sad that "people want their party to win". It shouldn't be about party. It should be about who's right for the job. Voting for the "least bad person with a chance to win" is the same thing as "voting for the lesser of two evils" which means you're still voting for evil. The whole point of living in a democratic republic is to have a bunch of choices and voting who you agree with most. I live in NY, and if you think I'm voting for Cuomo or Paladino for Governor, you're crazy.

  • @Kras3169 Who the fuck is Linda McMahon?

  • @Kras3169 They did... Was to be expected though.

  • @Kras3169 ..lmao!,.they did!!

  • @Kras3169 Dude, celebrities have way more knowledge in international relations and economics. Let's elect Paris Hilton as president!

  • @omgiheartpie: hahaha, she'd probably actually get votes too. she's got as much intelligence as that other dopey bitch: "i can see Russia from my house". it's sad what this country has amounted to.

  • Peter and myself are old colleagues and peter does one thing and very well, he understands fundamentals and what drives the consumer and the dollar.

Peter and myself have spoken about mortgage reform in years past and will continue to make the mortgage broker look in the mirror and the lobbyist should look for new day jobs in the years to come.

  • Is Schiff genuine or is he a schill?

  • Schiff is genuine (check out his YT channel) but unfortunately to get his message out he has to appear on the mainstream media and Faux News.

  • Different views from those who actually can pay bills.

Bread, chocolate bars and many others have double within 2-5 years. Blame who you want but what does that mean?

What does it mean that luxury and need doubles in such a small time?

Who and what causes this to happens should be given questions.

  • The U.S. is in so much shit. Aslong as the fed is in controle, it will get worse.

I feel bad for all Americans... Police state, martial law comming, a nation in debt. Fucked.

  • We brought it on ourselves, and our children will pay for it.

  • Peter Schiff for Senate! watch?v=2vcxIaS1fgU

  • Wouldn't inflation help the U.S. pay off its debt? Or would the devaluation of the Dollar relative to the Yuan offset this? Also, wouldn't inflation increase the stock market as a whole? I understand that no real gains would be made, but wouldn't this help instill confidence?

  • hyperinflation would destroy the value (purchasing power) of any and all money we earn or save. in hyperinflation, wages lag behind prices. so anything we earn has more trouble buying food, gas, heat, electricity, and other staples. rising oil and gas prices, rising food prices, rising electric prices do not inspire confidence... especially on fixed incomes.

  • Peter Schiff: 'People think that hyper-inflation can't happen here (in the US, ed.). Well, you know, the laws of physics works everywhere. If you throw a ball up in the air in Zimbabwe, gravity is going to bring it back down, just as it is going to here. Economics is a science, there are laws (...) So if we follow their monetary policy, that is where we are going. We need to replenish our savings but the government is not letting us do that.

  • unemployment will reach %70 in USA!

  • It won't be nowhere near that, but what will obviously happen is that people will work for $600-800 salaries. Ah well.
