u can get the loop from any nightmare rift funkey (sprocket, vlurp, ptep, snipe) and the feather from any daydream oasis funkey (berger, dyer, lucky, tank). i hope this helped.

Okay I finally got both feathers by playing the berger and tank games and got rid of goya, know how do I get rid of that plant guy in daydream oasis? Do I have to play the ptep,vlurp,tank,and Berger games to get the dreamcatchers all over again?

no to defeat dali if you defeated goya you need lucky dyer sprocket and snipe if you used ptep vlurp berger and tank
