A typical Hasbara tactic, when you can't refute the claim, try to level the playing field. So they use terms like 'both sides are to blame'; 'Jews and Muslims are killing each other for thousands of years', 'I agree Israeli are doing bad stuff but don't forget Palestinian terrorism' and best of all is when they use phrase 'cycle of violence' in such a manner where both sides are equally to blame.
