  • There is a replacement spring available for 3.39 at MidwayUSA. Reduces trigger pull to 3.5 lbs. Part# 295-637 striker spring.

  • Bro easy up on the gun rebuilds,Sounds like you may get into a little more then most (just breath bro its ok) And you left off major parts of this job DIY has way better videos

  • Why not just exercise proper trigger control? That works for me. I know the trigger is a bit stiff, but it is far less likely to just go off. Only after you are REALLY used to your pistol, and that SPECIFIC and PARTICULAR pistol, should you try to adjust the trigger pull. For a pistol with no safety, the system works well.

If you want nice light pull, just pull the outer spring and the bottom dovetail spring and done. Just don't cry when you shoot yourself in the foot.

  • Dude, lay off the smokes you got COPD, asthma, sounds like your having surgery done got 02???

  • @bullshipus123 i dont smoke???

  • Pony up more money for a GLOCK thats an opinion for I own 2 Glock 9mm & 40mm and I also have an S&W Sigma 40mm my Wife & Kids gave me for X-Mas and it's true that the S&W 40mm Sigma has a very heavy trigger pull and I also own a Spring Field 40mm and a Rugar 45mm but they all have some issues I can hit my mark with any of them but in my Opinion I rather the Spring Field but out of all of my guns I favor and use my S&W 40mm for it was giving to me by my Wife & Kids.

  • @ke5glb Maybe you like Glocks because it is the only brand you can spell correctly (ie Springfield, Ruger). Also I HIGHLY doubt you have any 40mm or 45mm guns. The bullet for a 40mm gun weighs 4lbs each. Check this vid to see what I mean: /watch?v=dSp7CipN1pw

I think you meant to say .40 S&W and .45acp which are handgun calibers measured by their diameter in inches. A .40 is 2/5" wide. 9mm is the only caliber measured in metric millimeters, but you should already know that if you own them.

  • I own both, and for what it's worth, just pony up the extra 200 bucks and get the Glock, by the time you fiddle around polishing, the S/W you will still have a hammer pull in excess of 6 lbs, while for under 40 bucks I can get the rocket kit and have a 3 lb pull on the Glock

  • nice, but ease up on the gun oil LOL, shit looked to be dripping!!

  • @youshoodjump this was right after i bought it thats the way it was

  • That is only half of it. In the assembly you took out there are two springs. One inside the other. Take the outside spring off an re-assemble. This will also help your trigger pull.

  • @Deremrich91 thnaks for the tip i like the trigger where its at now so i probably wont do that but thanks for watching

  • @imachku HELL YEA I THINK JUST DOING THE PIG TAIL SPRING AND MABEY A LITTLE POLISH THE METAL ON METAL CONTACTS DOES FINE

  • fuck dude cut your nails
