@actorwriterdca Hold on bro the movie was great! it actually made me laught:] ya I knew it had to do with the water cuz ya you did do the close up on the water, but like it was missing the point to why the water was contaminated or what was it in the water that made him really thirsty.
but other then that it was great. Did you use only a home camera? it was pretty legit for something home made.
@jose00091 The original short-story hints that pesticides are in the water -- there are types that cause unquenchable thirst in rats, so that they drink themselves to death. For the film, it was decided by both the director and main cast that the source of the trouble should be left unclear, so that the viewer could decide for themselves.
Yes, this was made with a home mini-DV camcorder, and consumer-level software. I'm glad you enjoyed it after all.
