man i know this is about food and all , but if you imagine if the north and the south were one republic, I wouldn't have too much doubt this country would be duking it out with Japan even though Japan would still have about 4 times the population. Kimichi is supposed to be very salty and spicy, but still very flavourable, I need to get proper Korean kimichi then. The kimichi I've had in Australia so far is just spicy, so spicy it has no flavour, no texture and no saltynesss. Quite sad. ._.
