that video is awesom. he is awesome, i am a body builder i dont take steroids, but i weigh in at 200 pounds, he obviously takes roids but he still has to work so hard, good on him, he has perfect composition. The dance is skill in itself he can obviously move with such balance and co-ordination its a real skill(watch how he moves muscle from shoulder down to toes and then toes upwards back to shoulder in seconds, a real skill). It adds good chracter to do that at a competition.
