what did you render the video as cuz my video that came from a sony vegas pro program came out as a NTSC AVI about 740mb but it only goes up 480p?

@FlaronX When you are going though the render settings you want the ratio to be 1280x720 for 720p, I also render my video's in .mwv format, i will make a video of my render settings in a few days
