  • Fuck it - I'm giving this a thumbs up because it's something that i haven't seen before and, unlike most people here, I can see a practical use for. I've got nothing against partials in and of themselves, and this is actually a decent approximation for the ROM of a jerk, if someone absolutely HAS to have a standard movement to attach their training to.

  • circa 5 minutes and i did it alone, the ropes were hanging free with a loop at the bottom you slide the empty barbell into the left loop, hold it with the left hand and grab the right loop and slide ti over the right sleeve.

    then you attach the bands and kb with bar and finally you load the barbell with plates.

    the material the ropes are made from are from a climbing store and as the loops rest on the smooth sleeves it is very sturdy and practically fail-safe.
