  • What you did was firstly ungodly and not christian behavior at all. You are to comply with law enforcement. If you tell them frankly "I do not consent to search of my person or property" and they search you illegally THEN you sue them. You do NOT resist law enforcement unless your life is in danger.

  • you faced a bunch of bandettas and not a police who supposed to protect you ( as if you are in the old ages countries or a dectators state) I hope Steve you dont face this also in the judicial system that you will face , and they dont take matters the same way like those who bunched you and in the court they dont bunc h , but they throw in cells ! as they are belonging to the same system ,this is happening in 5 Arab counties,3 of them already down and turn for the rest is so close. God Bless

  • If what you did was “right” , then anyone trafficing drugs would do what you did.

  • Bless you Pastor Anserson and thank you for standing up for every American and the Constitution.

  • Check out what happened prior to his being "abused". Ask and ye shall receive and that includes the deluded pastor.

  • "failure to obey" ?

What are the people ? Slaves ?

  • @paulrprichard Welcome to the police state. "Bow down before one you serve. You're going to get what you deserve." I salute Pastor Anderson for standing up to these Nazis.

  • Who doesn't believe 911 was an inside job?

  • @FilmGeek2000

    Democrats.

  • never ever ever trust the police.. they are now the enemy of the people of the united states.

  • trial by fire. why are you saying something about societal norms in this context? you don't have to fit societal norms? i mean sure, you don't, but aren't you contradicting yourself? in one of your sermons i remember you saying something along the lines of women acting like women and men acting like men? isn't that a societal norm? i suppose since the flame is being put under *your* ass now things are quite a bit different.

  • Im so glad God made you Pastor Anderson.

  • I really don't see what Obama has to do with this? This is all Nazi tactics put into force under Bush's "Patriot Act" ... under which all law abiding American citizens lost their basic rights. Also, since this happened in Arizona, Republicans like Governor Jan Brewer are the law of the land, where they can pull you over, suspecting you to be an illegal alien, just because they 'think' you might be! Blaming this situation on Obama is ridiculous, and brings your credibility into question.

  • Although I disagree with some of your opinions, I absolutely and completely support you. That is what is great about the system of government that was set up hundreds of years ago. Keep up the good work.

  • i actually felt bad for this pastor until his rant about hoping Obama dies and gets cancer like Ted Kennedy did. He is an anti-gay closet case in my opinion. Just keep watching as the truth unfolds.

  • Keep it up buddy. The day we give away our freedom is the day we die.

  • I think what your doing is great, police have way to much power and are always beating people down.

  • pant me black

  • Because what you believe is nutty, stuff from a nutty old book (bible), it's evidence that you are a loony bin, and needed to be searched after your strange behaviour.

  • The good pastor is a loon but even loon's have rights...and he will get a hearing in open court..

  • Your sermons are being used against you because they can establish the frame of mind of the defendant (that's you). It's obvious that you're a conspiracy freak, and that can and will be used against you. It can show whether or not you're being rational, plus, it can establish a motive. The 1st Amendment only protects your right to say things, not against the consequences for saying them.

  • Pastor, you have not Jesus for your example and for that very reason you have been found wanting. Jesus is our example and you know it. Jesus never threatened the Roman soldiers. He never went into a discourse why he doesn't have to obey those in authority. The border guards and police may be no better then the Roman soldiers who killed the Lord, still Jesus only thought of how he could be a good example so that later they could change and be saved. These police risk their precious lives for you

  • american control is fucked up, my mom didnt have electricity or a car for 4-6 months. she was changing her bike tire in the dark, and it was a new one and she was not familiar with the brakes. When riding down a hill, her brakes were not engaged. she got hit by a PIZZA guy, and almost died. police charger her with "failure to maintain brakes" and "failure to yield when entering intersection." She is now dying of lung disease, although NEVER having smoked or drink. my mom doesnt deserve this :(

  • Get you a gun. Use it. Shoot the perps right in the left eye. Right eye,,maybe.

  • Thanks again for having the courage to defend our most basic rights.

We are living in scary times. More and more Americans are being terrorized by the Federal Government and having their rights taken away because of something they said.

  • @HappyBruiser The "Why I Hate Obama" sermon is a breach of the First Amendment as is it illegal to incite violence onto a person and to publically preach about why someone should, especially the president and it's been that way since the beginning

And the very next day a member of his church went to an Obama rally with a rifle, but thankful was stopped from doing anything rash; he was the only one there with a weapon

The border patrol brutality is horrible/ illegal, but the man is trash

  • I dont agree with your view, especially on religion, but I cant argue that you are being screwed by your government. I have traveled the world (US included, but not since 2003) and there are few countries that are doing to there people what the US is doing to you.

  • No...the issue was that u were indeed a jerk that thinks u know everything...and The only thing I would pray for is for ur death...u really are a danger to police, u put them in a situation to where hay NEED to force u out of ur car.they wanted to search ur car becuz their doing their job...they are trying to protect this country...they're not just gonna let u go when u made them think u have sumthin in ur car. They thought u had a dead person In there. I hope and pray for ur death u are a dang

  • you lack respect

  • lol, you going after them?????? lol your such an idiot.

  • Anderson screamed like a pussy when he was tased.

  • This is the USA and to ALL US citizen who have some soul left in them and don't want to self center or selfish and think what happen to other can happen to any. WAKE UP. the hole world the hole world see the shit. so wake up, take your country back from the criminals in your gestapo government

  • Shut up you faget! Good for you that you got beaten up>. Attention seeking moron!

  • I'm glad they tased you. It's like karma... you got what you deserved for all your hateful preaching and psychotic babbling.

  • FUCK THIS NAZI POLIZE STATE> FUCK YOU BORDER PIGS READING THIS

  • do you have your testimony shared anywhere. I'd love to read it. I have seen your wife's. Just wondered how and when you became a Christian? Did you grow up in a Christian home, too? just wondered. thanks.

  • The prosecutor is baiting you into arguing about your preaching. He is probably hoping that you'll get all preachy in the courtroom.

Here are a few good questions: If you're a pastor, why do you claim rights as a United States citizen? Why are you choosing man's law over God's law?

You're claiming the rights of the citizen while refusing to perform the duties. You're in dishonour. The US citizen is a corporation owned by United States. You're agreeing to be the surety for that corporation.

  • how many souls will he win this time

  • Just guessing here, but the prosecutor probably wants to show that you're a NUT-JOB!!

  • I agree with Pastor Anderson and I support him. He may not realized that the U.S. is been under the influence of the Jesuit Order and the Vatican Papacy.

  • I am so sorry for you brother. This country is on the way down the tubes. George Bush was the icing on the cake when it comes to violating the Constitution. The Constitution is merely a piece of toilet paper in the white house at this point. I am DISGUSTED to be an American at this point. We kill for oil, we let our own young population die for oil, they track every minute thing we do. This world is doomed i hope i can even make it to adult hood without 1984 creeping in on my life any more.

  • THIS GUY IS A JOKE. HE IS MAKING A MOCKERY OF CHRISTIANITY. Where in the Bible do we see Jesus saying to resist authority. The opposite is true, Jesus says to SUBMIT TO AUTHORITY. I saw the video and little Stevie here never got his head smashed or was never in need of stitches. The state of Christianity in America today is appalling, as shown again by Stevie Anderson's "Christian witness."

  • @robertjohnson487 you are one hell of a christian nutcracker IDIOT! wish I could face you ......

  • @robertjohnson487 Jesus said to submit to authority but he was referring to HIGHER AUTHORITY, not some paid sadistic goon wielding a hammer and a taser, and armed. Jesus himself ran the money changers from the temple. You are either a paid shill, someone who is scared because you or someone you know is involved in this travesty or you're just plain sick in the head.

  • @robertjohnson487 Hi,Jesus said to obey the laws of land and authorities.

"Render therefore unto Ceaser the things which be Ceaser's, and unto God the things which be God's.LUKE 20 v25. Jesus spoke to Pilate before his crucifixion about authority of Pilate...John 19 v11.

The people of Authority are to uphold,to execute the laws properly and with proper diligence! They did not do so in the Time of Jesus, and it is the same today with Steve. The Police are law enforcers not Law makers.

    Cheers!

  • @Corsaircid "there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee." Then Jesus replied, "Go ye and tell that fox (Herod), Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected. Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem." Sounds Like Jesus didn't blindly obey civil authority to me.. Luke 13:31-33

  • @jj339c

Part1. Hi,I never said that Jesus blindly followed authority. My response was to @robertjohnson487 comments.

Jesus/God appointed leaders in Authority to carry out the laws for the benifit of its people.Instead they plunder, bully, not help the people like in Jesus time.

Steve's case is typical of the Police/Checkpoints trying to bend the rules hoping that Steve and ordinary Americans do not know their rights under these situations.Authority can be abused.

  • @jj339c

    Part 2.

I am not trying to encourage anybody to show disrespect to the police. After all they put their lives on the line to protect and serve. There is good&bad in the force as with any organisation. The problem is when there is a line between what the Police can and should not do.Its this uncertainity that causes the problem. If this problem goes unchecked a "Police State" can emmerge with its leadership using it as a Power for itself.

    Cheers!

  • Noone likes the check points - just as we dont like going through customs. These are just things that you endure because every developed country does this as do the citizens endure it. Its no more a breach of rights than a customs guard searching your bag at the airport. Should customs get a warrant everytime they dig around in someone's bag? Self important. little man - thought you'd make a name for yourself? Maybe double your congregation to 10 people? Fool.

  • @keereekee: "Its no more a breach of rights than a customs guard searching your bag at the airport. "

Yes, it is more of a breach of rights. Agents need consent or probable cause to search at these types of checkpoints. You voluntarily surrender this right when you consent to TSA airport screening.

"Should customs get a warrant everytime they dig around in someone's bag?"

Of course not, but they do need consent or probable cause to do so in this case.

  • @Pafoofnik1

Actually, the law if very complex and full of loop holes in the BP/HS favor. We all lost many rights post 9-11 and with the intro of the Patriot Act. Where as I might agree with a lot you say I am very suspicious of Anderson's motivation. These check points are another line of defense much like an additional screening at the airport. There is screening for domestic travel whether it is by air or federal highway and I agree the highway screening/checkpoints are legally dissimilar.

  • @keereekee: It's not complex at all. In fact it is very clear. Lets go straight to the source:

"...We have held that checkpoint searches are constitutional only if justified by consent or probable cause to search"

    and

"any further detention or search must be based on [the greater showing of] consent or probable cause."

    SOURCE: 428 U. S. 543 (1976)

If you have a Supreme Court decision that says different about searching here, then please share it. Until then, it's the law.

  • @Pafoofnik1

This debate over the 4th amendment has gone to the supreme enough times that I would say it IS complex. There are rulings and opinions and, furthermore, dissenting opinions.

The "bright line rule" ( if arrest, then search), I believe, is challenged by Arizona v. Gant, 556 U.S. (2009) requiring L.E.O.s to demonstrate an actual and continuing threat to their safety posed by an arrestee.

You appear to be well informed but your average citizen might agree that this is complex.

  • @keereekee: Why are you bringing up search incident to arrest now? Please stay focused on the original topic.

  • @Pafoofnik1

Why? because my main point remains that this issue is complex and not clear cut. The grey areas and loop holes which, frankly, the authorities often exploit, have given rise to a number of rulings and precedents that have gone to the USSC.

The original source is really the 4th amendment but 428 U. S. 543 (1976) This may represent the beginning of a series of complex judicial debates on this subject but not the end. It appears difficult to keep it simple and focused.

  • @keereekee: May be for you. The rest of us read the Supreme Court decision that explicitly says consent or probable cause is need to search, and understand that to mean that consent or probable cause is needed to search.

Which is completely different from the rules as, say, an airport TSA line.

  • @Pafoofnik1

Look I have already long conceded that technically airport TSA line does not = BC, although they have common objectives.

And yes I think its more complex than you state. Who are the "rest of us" that apparently find this so simple? The USSC apparently have found the need to stack precedent on top of precedent to further clarify the 4 Amendment and these opinions arise from people on both sides complicating the case with challenges.

Anderson spent $2400 on a lawyer for his case.

  • @Pafoofnik1

SOURCE: 428 U. S. 543 (1976) is not the last word on this.

New York v. Belton, 453 U.S. 454 (1981), the United States Supreme Court held that when a policeman has made a lawful custodial arrest of the occupant of an automobile, he may, as a contemporaneous incident of that arrest, search the passenger compartment of that automobile.

Probable cause is quite a grey area as well especially when everyone cant afford to equip cameras in their cars.

  • @keereekee: Please stop drifting around. Belton concerns a search after an arrest, which is not the same as a search without arrest at this type of checkpoint.

You said "Its no more a breach of rights than a customs guard searching your bag at the airport. ". I have provided proof that is is different and that consent of probable cause is needed before an agent can search at this type of checkpoint.

  • Anderson you are such a miserable, loser - I hope you suffer for your seditious acts and your racist, hate speech against the fairly elected President. You are an arrogant, asshole and you have sequestered yourself from the norms of society with your stay at home, brain washed wife and your home schooled kids. You are a good reason for not home schooling children, actually. I hope you piss away your money on law suits. Give this jackass a call at his strip mall church -

    Phone: (602) 454-0263

  • You should be on trial for preaching. I don't believe in your church and esp. your thoughts on the only true God Jesus Christ. Too bad we have no police for bad preaching. Churches have been leaving the true word for decades.

  • Power Hungry Police are the problem. His religion has nothing to do with this case at all but they are going to call it hate speech. However, Obama's pastor was not preaching hate speech at all. They do what they want to whom they want people. You are American first and for most. Stand up for your rights. That dog would have gone crazy had there been a dead body in that car. Use your God given brain.

  • YOU ARE A MORON! You were wanting a reason to sue them! I'm so glad you're not my pastor! I don't know how you even have a congregation!

  • @candiceevans1

Well said. Alas, the prosecutors bat for the other side.

  • pastor you are awesome.. you should be a lawyer.. you make so many good points.. but not everyone can stand up for their rights and then retain expensive attorneys to defend himself/herself.. If those check points are unconstitutional than how come supreme court dint struck down?

  • You are a miscreant and a rabble rouser-but the cops are vultures and have no morals. I'm glad you got out of this stuff!!

  • I hope you lose - you set it up. All you had to do was agree to the search. Why whine and cry and refuse to cooperate? You're hateful and full of B.S. and you know it.

  • @gypsygrl1 "All you had to do was agree to the search."

Oh sure. How far do we "agree"? What comes next, in a year or two? Not long ago, these searches on open non-border roads didn't exist. Now they're here. Why? Can you not see where this might be heading. Don't be naive... think about it.

  • @CodeTwo2

"naive"? I don't think so - this man's intentions are quite obvious and they are very nasty and vicious.

  • @gypsygrl1 So what are his intentions then? Not that they're relevant here. The intentions of those behind these "checkpoints"are clear to be seen. They allow mass immigration for decades, THEN turn the supposed "addressing" of it into a perfect opportunity to force EVERYONE into a system of justifying their identity, their movements, their very existence. It's not hard to figure.

  • Why I will never vote for a woman? You are not a man of God..You preach hate...

  • Sir I sympathize with you and I wont take an opinion on weather or not the events of that day were Justified because I was not there to know if they had probable cause or not. I can say with some level of confidence though that neither you or the police effectively used communication in this situation. Based on what I saw, it could have easily been non-violently resolved without force if either side had effectively communicated their point of view.

  • My prayers have been and will continue to be with ya! I do Praise the Lord for your courage! We as a Nation are in a lot of trouble and the only hope we have is if more men and women will take a stand like you have Thank you for leading!

  • Steve: You still don't get it Man. You're failing to understand God's Kingdom, which is not democratic. Forget whatever rights you think you have and understand that if you wish to pursue being a Pastor or Preacher...you'll face persecution. And alot of it since you're preaching the wrong message the wrong way. Trust me, you really need to consult with God for your purpose.

  • You said so well. It's so sad.

  • Unfortunately there are many guys like this

everywhere, which only disrupt the lives of people

and it seems that even seeking conflict with the

authorities, only to become known to the public,

they want to be famous, do not get otherwise

because they are a stupid psychopaths.

  • Poor stupid ever shut up, this guy is everywhere to

annoy people, there's nothing else to do? You'll

produce something for your country. Get a job.

Instead of leading with a "taser", you should take

upon with lightning or electrical spark. You should

be tied to a tree on a stormy day

  • "And if you could please pray for me"

    Fuck this.

  • You need to start collecting a lot of tithing from your assembly members for your law suit. You must be the most stupid pastor in the Western USA. From now on, when an authority gives you a simple order, you obey.....OBEY. Later you can take them to Court for disrespecting your 4th or 5th amendment, if you with. You think you're better than other people?? You are only a better DUMB American! Simply Obey an authority, particularly when it is a simple order! very dumb you are!!!

  • what does your lawyer say about the admissibility of the states evidence, and does he think the judge will alow it...they can try to put anything in, but the judge will be the final say on its relevance....

  • Comment removed

  • I sympathize with the pastor as a fellow Minister. As our nation rejects God, our government reflects this God rejecting attitude. Hostility against evangelicals becomes more evident. Openly they have proclaimed us the new terrorists. But challenging the boarder as an American was foolish. We are at war. Our enemy shares a philosophy with other Americans so that national identity does not make for innocence.

Most veterans understand this, and pastor you should have understood this too.

  • "But challenging the boarder as an American was foolish"

    This wasn't at a border.

  • You realize this means that the prosecutor has nothing of substance to say, right? It's so pathetic it's funny.

  • He's using those sermons as evidence that you are a nut bag... which is relevant to the case.

  • You don't get it. And because you don't get it, you are a slave. Maybe one day, when the government muzzle is pressed against the back of your head, you'll finally wake the fuck up.

  • @AntiFed1791 ... that sounds like a whole lot of guns and jesus to me.

  • Nope. It is history, Pal. The number one killer of all time is Government. Period. End of debate. If you think you're safe while others around you lose their rights, then you are sadly mistaken. I may not agree with this guy, but I'll damn sure defend his rights - the same rights we should all defend. Try reading the Constitution sometime.

  • You are guilty of both of those things....

  • what a retard

  • F... BORDER PATROL AND OBAMA

  • @baltimore5000, Obama and Biden are Jesuit screw puppet and bunny

  • YOU WILL WIN THIS , TAKE THEIR MONEY

  • They dismissed all charges....uhhh why did they wait so long?

  • @RP4409 Wonderful! Now it's time to go after the prosecuter. Recall petition, anyone?

  • hanging zionist traitors is not anti-semitic! got rope?

  • God bless you, pastor Anderson

    all these evil comments

satan has doen good job on some people

  • Hey whats up! I loved your channel!

Its cool. Check out mine! Stay in touch. Hope you got my friend request! Maybe you can sub thanks this is for everybody that see this

  • dont you need a masters degree to become a pastor

  • @quest8899: Can you show me one person in the Bible with a masters degree? In fact, my Bible forbids giving yourself the title of Master:

"Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ." Matt 23:10

  • "...where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." 2 Cor 3:17

America, having rejected the Lord and his precepts now accepts the police state as our savior and judge.

God bless you Pastor Anderson and God save America!

  • Yeah, this "pastor" is a hateful, prejudiced, divisive piece of shit.

  • Gooberlicious54

    it is not hate speech

    it is religion

and you opinion still doesn`t justify torture and violance by border patrol

  • Quite right!!! I couldn't agree more. Religion = hate speech. Well said!

  • I do not belive in god. What thay did to you is not right. Show them no mercy!! You are white. I would have ask you what country you are from. Anything you would have said I would have let you go. 'speaking english' I live in oklahoma. I cant show my suport to you.

  • Gooberlicious54

he doesn`t promote hate or something

it is illegal to taser and torture people!!!

    great job , pastor

    God bless you

  • @911insidejob81

Yes, he does. He even admits it in some of his videos.

The phrase I remember best was "The Bible DOES teach hate, and if you don't like it you can get the HELL OUT OF MY CHURCH!"

  • 911insidejob81

"it is illegal to taser and torture people!!!" Another fucking idiot running his mouth about something they obviously know nothing about. The Taser most certainly IS a legal means of forcing compliance both in barb & wire "tasing" mode & in the drive-stun mode. "illegal" it is NOT, that's a flat out fucking lie.

Don't talk about "God" & turn around & then blow shit out your ass you stupid fuck.

  • Everyone should look into the freeman movement

  • I can't be there ,,, but Ill pray

  • If you were an illegal alien crossing the border they probably would have just let you on in with no problems.

  • Yes if an illegal alien was traveling to Mexico

  • You must have not watched his hate speech sermons.

  • Greetings from Culiacan, Sinaloa & have a fine Christmas Pastor! Thanks for standing up for others by sticking to your guns on your constituational rights... Indict the Lawliar DA, and all involve. Those crooks need to have the Constuation, riot ACT read to them. Then FIRED and Jailed diong hard-times times 3 for being in the trusted positions they're in.

God Bless the lives of you, your loved ones, your preaching/church, the US Constitution and America...

  • Object to this. Figure out how to object to this. Don't rely on your lawyer. Get online and figure out how to object to the use of your opinions as evidence. Do not allow them to enter that as evidence.

  • yawn, seriously I work nights and have to go, PM me i would love to continue arguing a case that has already been dropped by the courts for WHATEVER reason. ;)

  • SUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I am done 311Egar, I do have to go, but I will be back. Hope to see you then! peace ;)

Take your time and find a real lie that I submitted. no hurry. LOL

  • Good day 311Egar,

    Same place, same time tomorrow?

  • You know a good way to tell a troll? Check out his youtube channel. it is usually blank or blocked out in some way or only has one or two favorited videos and no uploads.

  • oh and 311Egar I would still love an example of me posting a lie on here. You labeled me a liar and have yet to provide ANY evidence. Now what does that make you?

  • I think the crux of the problem is the vagueness of the phrase "probable cause." To some that expression can refer to legitimate evidence of wrong doing to others it can be meant to represent nothing more than an unfounded suspicion on the part of an officer.

  • Probable cause is not vauge in my opinion at all. They know it's not, but that's why they've been trying to inject reasonable suspiscion into the minds of the country, so we can think that probable cause isn't as strong as it is. They're trying to mold it into the executive branch having supreme power. Preemptive war, reasonable suspiscion, indefinite detition for crimes you may commit in the future. Ya. Very unsettling the path this country is taking, but at least there is still resistance. ;)

  • @bweazel

;) I am with you brother all the way, thanks for defending our rights!

  • Still waiting for an example of me presenting a "lie" to this forum. Who's running away now?

  • "Still waiting for an example of me presenting a "lie" to this forum"

you said, "just a police thug with a new toy telling us civilians we are below him". the officer never said or implied any such thing. you lied. why?

here's another lie to posted. you said "you wanted proof of the possibility of cop corruption". i never asked for proof of possible police corruption.

  • @311Egar

You have to quote the entire sentence to understand it 311Egar. A perspective is not a lie.

  • @311Egar

If fact if I quoted you as quoting me incorrectly, like you just did, would that make you a liar?

  • i didn't misquote you. if you say i did then prove it.

you said, "I didn't see any harassment in that video, just a police thug with a new toy telling us civilians we are below him and therefore not worthy of an answer".

you lied. the officer did not say or imply that. also, adding the rest of your statement was irrelevant, but i did it just to prove you were lying in spite of your weak excuse to cover it up...lol.

  • @311Egar

Still not a lie, but keep trying. ;)

What I described is still what I saw. And that's all that I claimed.

  • "Still not a lie"

oh, so you are saying the cop did say that and/or implied that civilians are below him and therefore not worthy of an answer? then post the time stamp or admit you lied. your choice.

"What I described is still what I saw"

then post the time stamp when it i

  • It's a perspective i gathered at the fullness of the video. ;) The toy I was referring to was the (baton?) that is brought out and then quickly taken back. The refusal to answer Andersons questions straight at different points in the video led me to conclude that these officers were not upholding the constitution and therefore worthy of the noble title "Thugs"

  • @311Egar

And you did misquote me and then you quoted me right. But you still misquoted me first. That right there is your proof isn't it? LOL

  • "And you did misquote me and then you quoted me right"

you are lying again. to misquote you would mean i was doing something malicious. as you can see the extra words in your statement were irrelevant. nice try, but you have been shot down again. what's your next reach going to be?

  • @311Egar

Technically that is still a misquote.

  • still waiting...

  • "keep trolling lies"

Give me a lie I have stated 311Egar. just one little example.

  • "Aparantly he DIDNT break the law, hence the dismissal by the JUDGE"

that doesn't mean he didn't break the law.

you can get a speeding ticket dismissed, but still be guilty of speeding.

  • Ok good. Now. Why would a speeding ticket be dismissed? I feel we're making progress with you now. Don't worry, you can do it, why would a speeding ticket be dismissed?

"that's your opinion, but the government doesn't agree with you" Remember saying that? Well, you should have never said that in the first place, since now, you can see that it doesn't matter what the government says. So try to let people who disagree with you in the future have their opinions too, deal? Don't be a hypocrite.

  • "Why would a speeding ticket be dismissed?"

depends on the scenario. example: failure of radar gun being calibrated within department time guidelines. how do you not know these simple things? are you 10?

in the future, do not deny facts because of your bigoted nature. there is no reason to lie when posting. also, educate yourself a little more when you act like an authority on a particular subject/item.

    "Don't be a hypocrite"

never was. need help with the word hypocrite?

  • @311Egar

    uh oh, sore loser alert!

  • Good job. You're doing well. Failure of the police to execute their job correctly. Failure of the police to uphold the constitution they swore to protect. Lying, being prideful, those kinds of things.

You misunderstand, I know these things. I've had a couple traffic tickets dismissed myself because cops weren't playing by the rules. I'm no bigot, sir. I'm against people who misuse power entrusted to them. The only bigotry I see around here is bigotry towards civilians.

  • Congrats, Anderson.

  • Do not be upset Pastor, God ,Blessed is His name . Has chosen you to awaken the people of what is to become the norm in this nation. Consider it an honor.Consider it Gods work being done through you to warn and make known whats to come.

  • The prosecutor is just doing his job by showing the jury what an angry and hateful person you are. Your attorney should have advised you to get off YouTube and pull your vids. He probably did, but you know everything and have to exercise your right to Free Speech. You hung yourself with your own tongue. Any Obama supporters on that jury? Another big mouth mistake you made.

  • I'll pray for you man,its sickening what they did to you. Sorry I can't come to your trial, but I'm with you in spirit brother!

  • Pastor Steve, they have to get a conviction or it bolsters your case against them .

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post the court transcripts for us to study, for God's sake post them. Could you also make available the sermons that they want to use against you. Come win come lose you will have helped us all. You've helped already by not complying with them.

  • The American people don't care about you, or any of the other cattle that get cut out of the heard. They just want to have their stuff, and be left alone.

They'll do a lot of mooing if they get cut out, but then it's too late.

  • Anderson - This situation is becoming really wild and out of control.

Looks like they're going to try to destroy your character in the minds of the jurors. Since they cant nail you on real charges (Because there are none) they will try to make you look like some jerk who deserved to get beaten up.

This whole thing makes by blood boil. I dont know about any of other of you WIMPS out there - but try standing up for your rights like I did in MY videos and see what happens!

  • ok, well i have to go for a bit. i am not sure if i will be back today.

  • Later, Egar.

  • I would also love to know which checkpoint you work at. ;)

  • Voting down a comment basically censors it, that's why people don't like the system.

  • bweazel, notice how your comments are voted down when you talk with 311Egar, If so many people are voting you and me and others down why don't they make themselves known?
