man after watching it a bunch of times i think its Fuji. its hard to tell but the elevation drop after turn one makes me think Fuji. I wish the video was longer! this series was awesome
I got the answer: it's both! Look very carefully a the pit lane exit at the begining and at the end! The first, the exit is marked by grass and the turn is immediatly after (Tsukuba), whereas at the end of the video, the exit is marked by paint and the turn further away(Fuji)! At the middle of the video, the commentator also mentions "Fuji", like if mentionning new location of the second half of the video...
Kinda makes you miss the retro days of racing...the closest I've come to this skyline is in Gran Turismo 2, the "tomica" logo at the front is what made me remember.
It took some getting used to, but through some careful thumbwork ( my thumb still hurts thinking about those long licensing sessions), I mastered the X button quickly thanks to the practice I did in the licensing, and turned the skyline into RWD force to be reckoned with....§☺§....then after all that and being 98% complete with GT2, my memory card got wiped clean by accident...:-{

No big loss: because they removed the dragraces at the last moment a bug caused you not complete the game. 98.8% was the highest you could get. ;)
R30 Tomica Skyline was my second favorite car in the game!
