No, documentaries are not merely made to teach people little lessons. Sure, you can learn something from a documentary, but that's not the sole reason for an artist making one. Anyway, how could you not "learn" anything from this? What, exactly, did you expect to learn? There are tons of free resources out there that can teach you the basics about bipolar. This is supposed to be a work of art; the point is to move the audience. Oh yeah, it's available for free. Google it.

Horrible movie! Spent the $32 dollars to buy it since I have BP. Thought I might learn a little. Saddly, it was a total waste of money and also the time watching it.

i hate when your manic and your so happy and you think you're the best and you can out do anyone and anything and your thoughts race so fast you cant make sense of it. Then all of a sudden you just CRASH....depression sets in and you feel like SHIT! everything just went from happy to dreadfully sad....
