@b2mnaq53 the harassment was confirmed as illegal by the Working Standards Commission after five months of validation. I had to deal with a racist who ultimately turned on me after bugging the Cuban and a Chinese guy who were threatening this office bully by the name of Yves Roy. The QC Human Rights Commission is still investigating the Caisse after they failed to come to mediation twice (!) - they have confirmed the case as Discrimination based on language (discrimination basé sur langue)

@b2mnaq53 You are talking about the current Pres. I was there when it was Rousseau, who was placed by Marois and Landry - both die-hard Septards. He and his gang were responsible for the greatest losses ever ween at the Caisse. Thankfully Sabia has fixed the situation, but it will still take at least until 2013 to recuperate the losses of 2008.
