The system is exactly the same in Australia also. They call it Docs. It is so much more corrupt then any other organisation in the world.

They kidnap children from decent, loving, caring parents & don't taking them away from bad parents. It's absolutely incredible.

Their reasons for stealing children to place them in dis-functional & unstable homes are beyond belief, their reasons are based purely upon theory/speculation, & exaggerated upon to the extremes.

I'll have a Youtube account soon and post videotape of a judge in Hardin County screaming at my best friend over her recent situation like this. Her ex, a current master sargeant in Fort Knox, lies on the tape about his kids and his wife.

"I just want to be left alone, your honor. I am afraid to go to my apartment because she might be hiding in the closet."

Yet he's texted her dozens of times, all of which we are going to post, and he's 100 pounds heavier than her. CPS has not helped.

Bill Clinton signed that UN Rights of a Child which gives States more authority over your kids than YOU the parent. US pays 26% of UN's operating costs EACH YEAR. Barbara Boxer is pushing to have it ratified. Obama wants legislation passed into law for children to serve in mandatory civil service programs. Am I seeing a pattern, here? Parents. Children are rounded up by CPS agents for the slightest infraction & sold to the highest bidding foster parents. This has become common place because the states get funding from the federal govt for every child they get.They get more if the child is put on medication.This is being done because the federal govt thinks the family is its biggest threat.They get the kids so they can indoctrinate the kids to look to the state as the family.

I know...And in all honesty I'm not sure what I would do... (I mean, my libertarian instinct is to say that I have bigger guns (and I do!) and have the battlefield of my choice!) but in reality I know that is not the way to win. But this is plain WRONG! Not any more wrong than kidnapping - worse, though, because it's the state doing it with the "law."

This is SO terrible, and so like my own case!

My husband's & my little daughter was removed from us by an Arlington County CPS social worker on the flimsiest evidence of "neglect" just because she lost a little bit of weight. Our initial court hearing only lasted 17 minutes also, and the JD&R judge just upheld the removal order, without even questioning the social worker.

Not surprising Social Services Commissioner Tom Emberton, Jr. denies retaliation is occuring...Just the same as the legally criminal partial appeal system covers up wrong doing in my case!
