I went through a very similar situation. I am an ex cop, my ex wife is an ex cop. I filed for an emergency custody hearing after my ex wife attempted to extort money from me. ( I have an active duty cop who witnessed it.) I spent 8 months in jail before charges were dropped. It was discovered that police concealed critical evidence and witnesses I gave them, in a video taped interrogation, from the prosecuters office.

My ex wife has faced no charges for her perjury and false info and I am completely destroyed. I was offerd an alfords plea for simple assault and NOT having to register as a sex offender which i refused because I am innocent. Charges were dropped after I spent 8 months in jail awaiting trial. My ex wife has lied yet I am destroyed. I cant even contact my children even though its very clear my ex wife gave false info to police and cops concealed critical evidence of my innocense.

Aw come on....anybody that has been accused by CPS is already guilty and you are guilty until you prove your innocence. You will be lucky if they don't tamper with evidence or "loose" exculpatory evidence.. the will and do lie. These people are evil.

Dear Lord Jesus, Richard Gardner and Ralph Underwager have destroyed so many lives. I pray that this is the very last year that their life work is allowed to be used in a court of law. I pray that the stranglehold those two evil men have had on the secret family courts is loosened and that they can never again be allowed to destroy the lives of any more children throughout the world.
