Cars have been made that run on hydrogen from splitting water with electrolysis. Converting cars to that technology requires only adding a robust on demand hydrogen generator. Basically it's just a matter of using enough steel to electrolyze the water to split the hydrogen. It's helpful also to have a solar panel to keep the battery charged thus able to churn out hydrogen. You could also plug in your battery when you got home to your biomass steam turbine generator.

But mostly EVERYBODY is dumb to the game in 1 way or another and if they're smart, they're under assault daily that they'll never grab traction to slay their murderous detractor.
