Blizzard said about that, that they are taking CEs of the other two parts into consideration, but it's not decided yet. Personally I'm fine with the first part as CE - simply wouldn't have the room for more big boxes like that lol^^

He cant install it because you must install it b the Blizzard servers. As of now until July 27th, the servers are locked to Download SC2,

@saintsouleyman Apparently you need a permanent internet connection in order to first install the game and create an account and first log in to battle.net! After that is done you should be able to play the game in offline mode if necessary! :)
