I did get a 10 recently, not for a major lesson it was for ICT but I realized how good it makes me feel and also how bad it makes me feel to have a 6 or 5

When he got to college, he changed his priorities, made it through pre-med, passed the MCAT with flying colors, continued it through med school and now works as a surgeon today. :D inspiring huh?
