They don't have the exact same plot. There's a teen pregency. In Juno, she decides to give it up for adoption, doesn't really like the father as a boyfriend for most of it, and basically has her guardians' support. In this, both stay together the whole time, want to raise it, and have to deal with their parents interfering.
