I think in certain cases like this though its probably the right thing to do. But kill the criminal straight away, no need to stone him to death and torture him. That's something an animal would do. That's what you get with Sharia, kill them and find out that they shouldnt have done later. There are people walking out of prison in UK every week because they found new evidence that they aint guilty. So what you gonna do?
