i can do 60 push-ups, 11 one hand-push ups, 40 triangle push -ups and 1 left arm push up.... however im still skinny im 15 and weight 55 kilos/ 110 pounds. any suggestions plz
I have a high metabolism, & I dont gain any weight when i eat, & i eat a lot, & i really want to put weight on, im 14 & weigh just under 7 stone, i tried on my school uniform today & i looked awful, my trousers were really baggy, i was well upset, haha

u gotta eat more than u normally would and at least 5 to 6 meals a day 2 to 3 hours apart

VVVVVVV damn u have 2 start eating scarface.
im 15 nd i way 150, just do push ups in the morning and before u go 2 bed at night, also workout nd eat alot more
