Well, sadly the problem was not curable. But ours was a Westie and they are known for having skin allergies. It got worse as she got older. Hopefully this is not your dog's problem--I did notice that he is wagging his tail :) But I would tell your vet to be sure.

I do have a suggestion for something he might like though! Ours loved it if you used a battery or plug in massager on her back. From the looks of your dog, I bet he would love a good massage :)
