There has not really been a communist country ever. Most countries such as Cuba and USSR have been dominated by authortarian govts that govern for working-class interests. I don't agree with the communist guy, but that whole bragging about the percent of his income given to charity being higher is a joke because when you're making $26k a year you have very little, if any, disposable income. I just looked and Beck made 32 million in 2009 so 20% is much easier to give. That would be $5200 for the commie guy and that's before taxes which .. you get the idea. @2787mh About the Socialism part of what you said, if it is more efficient, why not have companies with that business model? You don't need government forcing that on everyone. The free market can do that just fine. Actually, I know a few small businesses that go by that model to some degree already. They tend to be family businesses. If it is truly a more effective model, then it doesn't need to be forced upon everyone. Or is it not about quality, but ethics? Ethics doesn't pay the bills.
