How to compress videos without losing quality!

I've done what you said but I'm having problems. If I select MPEG-4 in the video codec selector, the QUALITY slider doesn't say 100% like yours does, it says QP1. If I change the video codec to H.264 (x264) it says RF0. How do I know what 90% is?

If you have an MP4 file and you select MKV, it makes the files bigger.
