I'm originally from south jersey, but live in Seattle now. After it ferments and lagers I can send you a few bottles, if it's good enough :). It seems to be fermenting nicely now and smells great so far. This is my first attempt at a lager so we'll see how it turns out. The fermentation started out a bit warm so there may be some inappropriate esters, but I'm not too worried. I'm brewing an american amber and a pumpkin ale this weekend. stay tuned!

Wow it seems like you brew a wide variety of styles. I grew up in northern jersey, but live in Manhattan now. I've always wanted to home brew, but don't want to start with one of those beginner kits. It would be cool taste a few different beers of yours. I'd review them on YouTube and post the video and tasting notes on my website.

Have you ever brewed an IPA? I've though about collaborating with a home brewer to come up with an IPA recipe and he'd brew it and send me some.

Haha, thanks. I'm actually a chemist so the brewing thing is a natural step for me. My brother got me into it. I don't really even drink more than once or twice a year anymore, but I like to brew. And yeah, it's good. you can make much better beer yourself than you can buy. Everyone who drinks beer should give it a shot. It can be done much easier than what I do in my videos, though.
