That figure 8 technique is pretty advanced already. Single throws are a simpler start. Glad to see "wrapping" mentioned as something to avoid. Great video! Also, she was very sexy and took a good flogging, but I might have tied her up (if she consented before the scene of course!) after her attempt to dodge the harder throws. ;-)
