No offense...but you don't use an eyeliner pencil to coat the top of your eyelids. If you want it to be all black, then you use black eyeshadow. You could use liquid eyeliner for the bottom on your waterline, but never on the top because it will always smudge and won't look right unless you just do a thin line straight across. You can even use black eyeshadow to line underneath your eyes too.
@HaileyGoesBANG I didnt see her do that, it just looked like she's coating her eyes over and over with the eyeliner. That just seems like a waste of time and makeup to me to use the eyeliner pencil and then the eyeshadow. Maybe if this vides wasn't sped up so much it would be easier to see what she's doing and have her actually explain it. Otherwise it's kinda pointless
@ItsTheCataracs I used to do that a long time ago before I bought eyeshadow and realized it was way easier and didn't get all messed up because its powder. Especially when you go out in the sun if you have that black eyeliner it smears and shit, its really messy. I dont understand why someone would use eyeliner and then eyeshadow when you can just use eyeshadow not waste make up and it looks the same either way.

@silentscreams001 You can't use liquid liner on your waterline because if you blink it gets in your eye, and I use liquid liner on my top lid all the time for a pin up look and it never smudges. Liquid liner doesn't smudge like pencil does. You can use it on your lower lash line but not the waterline. Maybe gel on the waterline. Then again people can make up how they want so don't tell her how she should so her make up, she's doing it how she wants not how you think professionals do it. Peace.

No offense...but you don't use an eyeliner pencil to coat the top of your eyelids. If you want it to be all black, then you use black eyeshadow. You could use liquid eyeliner for the bottom on your waterline, but never on the top because it will always smudge and won't look right unless you just do a thin line straight across. You can even use black eyeshadow to line underneath your eyes too.

Especially when you go out in the sun if you have that black eyeliner it smears and shit, its really messy. I dont understand why someone would use eyeliner and then eyeshadow when you can just use eyeshadow not waste make up and it looks the same either way.

I dont know what color hair you have but a few years ago I dyed my hair black and then I tried to get it back to blonde and it took FOREVER I had to cut my hair short too and it was damaged...I had to condition the hell out of it before it got back to normal.

@silentscreams001 You can't use liquid liner on your waterline because if you blink it gets in your eye, and I use liquid liner on my top lid all the time for a pin up look and it never smudges. Liquid liner doesn't smudge like pencil does. You can use it on your lower lash line but not the waterline. Maybe gel on the waterline. Then again people can make up how they want so don't tell her how she should so her make up, she's doing it how she wants not how you think professionals do it. Peace.
