Many people tune their mustangs to 1000 hp. That does in no way mean that they have the technology to keep it on the road. As a tuneshop project.. sure.. But for a car brand. Forget it. The SSC didnt really impress those that have road-tested it. They said it either sets off like a rocket or stalls and the quality was like a small malaysian hatchback. (Autocars review)
you dont need the lastest tech to keep that much hp down traction control is not new plus any manual trans with that much power will take time to learn how to control the SSC is a drivers car for drives any idiot can drive an automatic like the Veyron hell the car drives itself thts not a drivers car its just a fast car to brag about sorry but you dont need high tech to drive fast on the roads i still think its a joke to need 16 cylinders to make that power

Veyron uses an 8 liter powerplant. More cylinders just gives smoother delivery. Got nothing to do with power. Being american you obviously do the standard line about how euro supercars "drive themselves"

The red one is called the Red Devil. It makes 1800 bhp and 1710 lb-ft of torque. It only weighs 2500 lbs. Hits 60 in 2.5 seconds and tops out at over 270 mph. 1/4 mile in 9 sec at 160. The most beastly American street car, or even the most beastly car in the world. I want one.
V8 doesn't mean it can't get a lot of power. In fact V8 is the BEST choice for power. That is why it is drag racing king. 8L V8s put out 8000hp in Top Fuel.
The first is a real MT900s because it haven't got the Grid on the back but the second is a gtr. There are only two mt900s in the world and one is in great britain (spotted by autogespot).
R u saying there are only 2 Moslers in the world? Or just 2 MT900s Moslers? I love these cars and they are not too expensive (relatively speaking of course) for a super car. If I suddenly found myself with more money than I knew what to do with I would definitely own one. It would be funny to drive to work in something that's faster than my boss's Porche.
