hy, i have a laptop like the one in the video and i have a problem with it.i have windo ws vista the problem is that i have an audio card creative sound... that fits in ,,, slot and it doesn`t play 5.1 it plays 2.1 even if it`s seted on 5.1. there is any option for window or what should i do?thank you

its not due to the fact that its using an intergrated video card which it causes it to use some of the ram to make it run. This meens that it has no dedicated video memory so gaming isnt very good or is very so on it. So if you want to play games look for a laptop that doesnt have an intergrated graphics card or any intel graphics cards cause they're all intergrated.

on laptops no you cant unfortunantly. Normal graphics cards will constantly run on the dedicated memory like if its a 256mb video card it will always use 256mb. if it is intergrated it will use a minimum of 8mb to 256mb of memory depending on your demands so it has no dedicated memory. It does this to save energy on your computer but it reduces system performance. Hopfully making a nerd of myself has helped you out =p

it like a notwork card which allow u to connect to internet any where with your provider Example: like u have Verizon.. so u have 2 pay to Verizon like 50 bucks/months it's useful for business. ppl... and it may run Sims 3 but i am not sure it can run good on it. coz. Sims 3 need high level graphic card and this is good one but.. only for HD screen and all that not for gaming....

This computer is amazing!!! I bought it yesterday is it is super fast! The only thing I don't really fancy is the fact that there is sooo much preloaded programs ans stuff on the computer when you get it. I was trying to clear up some space bt I didn't want to mess with anything because the names confused me LMAO!!!

Labelflash was Optiarc's response to litescribe. IMO its better than litescribe because the image has much better contrast and is more vivid.

Basically you use special label flash disks that have a special top surface. The DVD drive can put images, text, anything you want on it however it is not colour. On labelflash it is sort of blue and light scribe i cant remember.

Toshibas are generally solid laptops. But I don't know about gaming with this one. The graphics just aren't up to it. Maybe if you drop the frame-rates, and 3D accelleration way down, you may be able to TECHNICALLY play some slightly older games.

please, I have the s6864, and even with this, games are pretty much out of the question. And it has a hd3470 256mb video card. And the webcam software is crap. And try finding the webcam manufacturer for better drivers. I'll give you a hint: chicony!

One improvement I think Toshiba can make to their labtops in general is to move the mic/phone jack to the side, since it's annoying when I plug in a speaker and it gets in the way of my wireless keyboard in front. Also the USB port to the right of the labtop gets in the way of my mouse. But otherwise they are very reliable machines.
