Dota allstars was created by 2 main people. One of them joined Riot & created LoL. The other made Dota 2. The guy who made Dota 2 was great at making AI, so AI sucks in LoL, however, I believe that the graphics in LoL are superior. Ashe came out before Dota 2, and even still, many champions and ability concepts are used in LoL from Dota Allstars which is NOT stealing, and Dota2 is the second, so naturally it will have same champs from Dota Allstars, too. Other diff. exist, both are good games

@MrSpookytaco I play LoL with full graphics at 60fps it's not a demanding game. I've not seen one thing in League that is more detailed than Dota 2 even in 480p quality videos lol. The champions in Dota 2 are actually modeled in detail, LoL graphics are like Final Fantasy 7-esque. Which don't get me wrong has it's charms, but they are not "superior" as superior means higher of quality, which can be measured. Preference can not. But since you have cleared up your mistake then all is fine. :D

LoL is FULL of bugs and erros while DotA has the disadvantage of reconnection and lag issues but in Dota 2 does matters are solved. They don't need to release a League of Legends 2, one they're still making massive amounts of money on it, and two it's still a modern game. Did you noticed that Lol fans who claim that their game is not a shitty copy of Dota say "Hey man, it is not a copy. It's just similar cuz of same creators." and Dota fanboys say :"It is FCKIN CRAP GTFO NOOB!". Chill out ppl. Yes, LoL is very very very similar to Dota. @TheoKMNS Dude chill out, LoL is, as you said based on DoTA. But one of the guys in the main team of LoL was, in fact, in the DoTA's one (I know Allstars was done by on guy, but when the group took the thing he was there) so it is normal that the games have som things in common, plus I've played DoTA and I actually play LoL. And I can say that, yes, some champions are shameless based on DoTA heroes, but as a tribute, not a copy.

@TheLatios99 LoL is better because dota was a WC3 mod a couple of years ago DotA2 is going to be much better that LoL and HoN because its a revamped version of the original and has a lot more options then LoL like the ability to watch live games anytime you want and practice mode were you dont have to play with bot noobs every time you wanna try a new heroe

@TheLatios99 Okay ... you have to take in consideration that dota was made in the year 2004, sorry the graphics were not as up to date as they were in 2009 when LoL was created. On a side note, even with the bad graphics (for todays time, i mean in 2004 they were probably the best), dota STILL has more players ( especially the ones that know what they are doing) than those of Lol

Uhm.... Both games are good? I like playing both, and HoN. Don't see a problem with any of them. I don't get why people argue over these moba's. Just enjoy the fact that each of these games exist, and each of them brings something different to the table. Variety is the spice of life, and I am enjoying that spice. You guys should try it too :3

I played both, Dota and LoL. LoL is not a copy. Dota was an inspiration and Riot did their version of moba game. IMO both are good games and every side defends their game saying that the other one is worse when they don't even know it more deep than 2 hours of playing.

Valve did not take inspiration from Ashe when making Drow Ranger picture. They are a company that try to work as separate as possible from other companies who work with similar products to maximize own innovation.
This painter just took the picture of Drow Ranger and made it look like Asho in LoL. A simple conversion.
The video and the title can become a big misconception, if it isn't already.
